Came in at 5:45am for 3 large Jugs of coffee for our annual company meeting. I usually call it in ahead to give them time to prepare but today I was on short time. The manager was phenomenal and the staff was super impressive with their fast pace and ability to keep up during the busy rush this morning even with my large order. Everyone manned their stations and one thing that stood out was the cleanliness, organization, and how well the store was stocked. Great group of team member's who are deserving and super hard working! The young man even helped carry everything to my car and loaded it for me. Thanks!

Sam was very disrespectful and had an attitude and the whole store was rude and I just don’t think it was necessary and the coffee doesn’t taste like coffee it taste like water and it’s customers are always right and they’ve been completely rude at seven in the morning. It’s unnecessary. The drink is wrong to fix it. They didn’t do it right at all twice.

I asked them if I could have an egg and cheese croissant without the bacon and she said no, the hash browns were cold and she didn’t put pumpkin cream in my coffee. I don’t know how hard it is to take bacon off a sandwich before cooking it but it as apparently hard for her

I tried going through the drive through to order a medium coffee & some food both times today and the 2 young women kept rushing me and was rude. So I will not be back. Worst experience ever. If your going to hire teenagers or young women hire ppl that have customer service skills.

Don’t ever go to this dunkin they have the worst attitude and they are straight up incompetent and don’t know how to listen at all. Where is Dunkin to ever go to ever all of them should be fired I got one maple brown surgar bacon sandwich and all I asked was to add sausage and that’s it couldn’t get that right I’ve gave them the benefit of the doubt after already dealing with the same thing with other items two other times at this location fire em all

I just went throught the drive thru at dunkin on az ave and almaschool on friday oct,4th 2024 at 5am I ordered the bacon avo toast I got home to realize there is like no bacon on my toast. Also the worker who was an older man with no name tag was the one who took my order and made my food seemed to not know what he was doing and not care, he was pretty rude and had the worst customer service. I think they need to step it up

The staff was really rude specially the Dark skin Male only Male working at the time of this incident.
An order was place through the mobile app which includes phone number, when arriving at the destination I was informed through the drive thru that they had ran out and they couldn’t fulfill my order that they only had a partial which I agreed in just taking whatever they had, I pulled up to the window, I parked at the window for 10-15 min on 8/23/20214 between 13:10 and left at 13:33pm, in this time in between i can see the gentleman make contact and seeing my car in the window he goes back to having a conversation with a T-mobile employee since he had a name tag and a T-Mobile shirt, the Nextdoor worker left and I was still being ignored I walked inside for my order and I asked for their names I told him I had being sitting in the drive thru and was being ignored and that was very disrespectful, everyone’s time is valuable we use the app to save time if I would if received a call notification I would’ve drove straight to my destination instead of being treated the way I was. This Man laugh at my face and not even apologize for the inconvenience , every customer matters wether it’s a Walk-in or a Drive thru , there was no apology no refund now I have to contact my bank and ask for a refund since my order was never completed. It’s a shame that people like this specially the man represents this Facility.

This location is the worst. The employees have a horrible attitude. The food is cold. It is EXTREMELY unwelcoming coming here. It’s unfortunate that this location is convenient. But I will definitely go out of my way to be given better service.

I want through the drive-thru and purchased a large hot coffee. I was not given a receipt. When I got back to my office and looked at the te t from my financial institution, I saw they charged me $9.49. Now, I know we have inflation but cone on. I tried to call them and got a voice mail saying they couldn't take my call right now. This is ridiculous ?

I don’t leave reviews often but I was just shocked at the level of customer service. I sat in the restaurant for over 30 minutes and saw them give everyone amazing service. It’s nice to come to a place where the workers are not all miserable and rude. I definitely recommend this location ❤️
