Ordered a cappuccino, got a frozen, ask for a hot one, got a lower then handwarm one, ask for a hot one again, got milkfoam with something....and this for a total of 20$....never DD again! :-(((

I've been coming to this Dunkin for at least 8 years if not more. The staff is amazing. Shout out to the whole staff that brightens up my day when I walk in. As soon as I walk in, I'm greeted by name (I don't know if I should be embarrassed that I'm there so often. Lol). My drink always tastes great and food always warm. Keep up the amazing work... I'll see you all tomorrow. :)

We recently had a large order for an early am pick up, Heading to a volleyball tournament. Mercedes took our order, Sam and Desiree prepared the food. We had the absolute best experience calling in the order. Not only was everyone positive, helpful, and accommodating, but when we stopped by early, due to earlier call for the event, everyone was extremely efficient, but also nice about it. I can't remember the last time I had such a positive customer service experience. Lately, in the world, we've had apathy and asking for tips, in non-tipping situations. All the stars, and patronage to the warner/az ave. Location.

Food is either burned or just slapped on top of each other. Sometimes the food is missing items or not properly cooked as usual. I always order on app so they have plenty of time before I get there and it’s been a constant issue. 6

I believe it was the manager this morning. Friday Dec 29 7am. I was picking up an order for a customer as a delivery driver. The lady was most likely Hispanic or Latino decent. As am I so I am not being rude in any kind of way. She was seriously over weight. Her attitude showed on her face. She told me they didn’t have a certain cookie to add into the drink like the customer had wanted. PER CUSTOMER SERVICE from the company I deliver for, “deliver the order as is, let the customer know and they can call support”. After I told the manager it was okay and to make the order as is. She asked with a very rude tone “you’re not going to call the customer” Please retrain hour horribly trained manager that you ask this way - Can you call the customer and let them know- but I still handled it calmly and told them I would still deliver the order and the customer can contact support. After all, why would I call them on the spot? You’re not offering a substitution. You’re only saying you don’t have a cookie. Maybe if you were offering a sub, then I would see how calling them makes sense. But I think her lazy, needs to hit the gym a lil bit self, didn’t want to make the drink. If that’s the case, just say you can’t make the drink and move forward with what you can make. I waited in the lobby and was messing around on my phone until the order was ready. I look up and the order is just sitting there. She didn’t tell me it was ready, knowing I was waiting on the order. She just left it on the counter for me to figure out that it’s ready. EXTREMELY rude. Please teach your manager proper work ethic. I am helping make her pay check at the end of the day. I help her store by delivering these order. Trust me, I’m not saying what I really want to say about that lady. She was sloppy in look and work ethic. I’ll just say that. Extremely unprofessional. Please hire someone else. The Girl with the tattoos was way nicer than this lady.

I go to this location when I'm in Az and I have never had a problem until this morning. I pulled to the drive up window, and it took forever for her to take my order. I had to repeat my order a couple of times for her to understand. I pull to the window to receive and pay for my order. She proceeded to try and give me a hot coffee, which I ordered iced. I simply told her I ordered iced, she cut me off and then told me if I continued to be rude that she isn't going to serve me. I was in no shape or form, raising my voice or being rude. My coworker was in the car with me and was surprised as well at her attitude. I do not know what Deseres' issue or problem was this morning, but it was extremely unprofessional. I come from a customer service background and would never speak to my customers in the manner that she did, ESPECIALLY since I wasn't disrepectful or rude in the first place, oh and she gave me more milk than actual coffee in my drink, which pretty sure it was on purpose. Just want to add that all the other staff that has served me has been pleasant.

9/10 times will mess up your order, today I paid 20$ for 4 items and only received 2 items. I grew up on Dunkin because I’m a New Yorker I thought maybe with the remodel of this location they would get their ish together but

Went here today and ordered a bagel and hot matcha latte. What I got was a stale bagel and a cold matcha latte in a hot drink cup. It wasn’t even busy so I don’t know how that even happens. This location has gone downhill over time. Don’t recommend coming here.

Every time I go into this establishment I ordered the same thing and every time they mess it up I always order a turkey sausage muffin they either always give me pork or they always give me a croissant and I'm going there on my break so I do not have time to go back and get a correct sandwich then I buy coffee this morning and I can't even get donuts with my coffee I will not be going back because I am sick of being disappointed and wasting my money sorry.

This place has a low rating for a reason. The employees are rude, it's always dirty, and they always play inappropriate music so loud that you can barely hear them sometimes, even though you're face to face. The GM is actually the reason I stopped going to a McDonalds years ago, too, so I'm not surprised things are terrible here.
