Ordered an iced Peppermint cold brew , worst drink ever, the drink was diluted and horrible, the person who was taking the order didn’t even know it was on the menu. I will pay double at Starbucks then drink Dunkin Donuts drinks.

Sat down outside for a few minutes on the bench and an employee immediately walked outside and offered me a water, not only that gave me a large water with ice, that was so thoughtful kind and very appreciated, he said, "you know America runs on dunkin" what can I say..... this was top notch service ♡

Found a hair from the worker on my donut it was thick and black. Customer service was terrible he need to do a better job. they need to wear hair nets. one of the workers was doing their job and other one was sitting on the counter being a little princess. The one that helped me was the little princess he need to fix his attitude. ????

Stopped into grab a pre-meeting coffee a few times and they're a friendly bunch! Newish, clean dining area and well kept restrooms.
This location is by far the best in the neighborhood. Alex, the manager, and her crew are exceptional. I always tell people in fast-paced service jobs to focus on the service. The crew in this location is a family. When I walk in the door, I am treated like family. I frequent this location because of all the doctor appointments and hospital stays. I would 100% nominate every crew member for the best location of Chandler. Please go say hi and give this group of talented ream members the recognition they deserve with a big tip and an I love Dunkin. Love Jessica!

I use door dash no twice today from This dunks first the cold brew taste so burnt and bitter I’m guessing they didn’t dilute it enough and my frozen coffee taste like cream With zero coffee no idea why I think it’s going to change total waste of money
