This is the second time I have came and they were out of donuts. Mind you they still have 2 hours left on shift and you mean to tell me nobody can make more ? What are they still open for ? And then to give me my refund in cash but didnt offer no alternatives. ATP it’s just needs to close down it’s a waste of money!!

Came in for two iced coffee meal deals and got an apple fritter and donut to go. Iced coffee was fine, but we did not receive our creamer and the apple fritter was near raw. I could rip wet dough out of it after I took my first bite

went in to get a matcha they messed up my order and gave me cold foam asked for no cold foam and all they did was take it off and give me the same drink… spend $6 to get glad the cup filled

New to the area and don’t know a lot about it we try Dunkin every now and again. Don’t go here. The drive thru is extremely rude and needs to work on patience. Soft skills maybe, she’s got issues with being rude constantly when people don’t understand things on the menu. Impatient. Real shame.

Didn’t even get acknowledged when we walked in. We waited for a minute. When both workers looked and didn’t acknowledge us we decided to leave. I would be understanding if it was busy but my wife and I were the only ones inside the store

Ordered an iced Peppermint cold brew , worst drink ever, the drink was diluted and horrible, the person who was taking the order didn’t even know it was on the menu. I will pay double at Starbucks then drink Dunkin Donuts drinks.

Sat down outside for a few minutes on the bench and an employee immediately walked outside and offered me a water, not only that gave me a large water with ice, that was so thoughtful kind and very appreciated, he said, "you know America runs on dunkin" what can I say..... this was top notch service ♡
