People are friendly. Avocado toast was fine (prolly cause they only toast the sourdough bread and dont have to bake it in-house); You'll find some of the chewiest bagels here. Almost as if they bake them in the open sun and not an oven. Sarcasm aside, got a half baked everything bagel. Not half toasted, it was half- baked. I cloudn't bite through the hot frozen dough.

Let me tell you about the team at Dunkin’ Donuts today… My car broke down in the drive-thru …and the team of women there jumped into survival mode for me. not a hesitation they just took over and within five minutes had my car out of that drive-thru. It wouldn’t even go into drive… They didn’t make me feel stupid, or like I was inconveniencing their business they just took over… I am So appreciative that there are still people out there that will go above and beyond!! They have my business for life but next time I’ll go inside lol

After coming to this location four separate times it has become apparent to me that they are literally not capable of getting an order correct.

I will delete my app at this point as it seems dunkin and specifically this location like to treat customers by dirt. Ordered a mobile order of 2 drinks, bagel bites and 2 donuts. Drove in the drive thru and greeted as “go ahead with your order” then advised I had a mobile order. Immediately told to “tell that to the cashier and pull up.” So, already anticipate a bad experience and yes was right. Had trash hanging off my drink and my partners drink wasn’t ready. A matcha latte so we had to pull up. Low level service and sadly the staff seems very secure in treating us like garbage, I will stick with paying a little more to be treated with dignity by their competitor. Honestly the drink was fine but the presentation and the severe lack of customer service skills has driven off.

This location is terrible. Female Cashier always has a pissy attitude. They don’t make the drinks right and donuts are dry.
The drive thru no longer has a doughnut menu. When I asked about it I was told I’d have to come in to see the doughnuts. What’s the point of a drive thru? Is their focus now drink buying customers?If I have to go inside now, I’ll go to another place where the doughnut are better and less expensive.
