Dear Dunkin, WHY would you deliberately and purposefully send me donuts that were hard as rocks? Granted it was later in the day but I have never received such a horrible disappointment in my life. Every single donut was crusty and so hard it was inedible. When someone was putting those donuts in the box you could clearly tell these should not be served but you went ahead, took my money and served me rocks in a box. I have ordered donuts from many other places even later in the day and never been served something so terrible in my life. I honestly have no words and you will have no more of my dollars. Please do better because in my opinion this shows that you clearly do not care.

We waited in line for 10+ mins this morning and the worker told the person in front of us he “isn’t taking more orders for at least 10 minutes”. Didn’t bother to tell us until we asked. Not sure why or why he didn’t tell us before we waited for so long. Terrible service.

Bear in mind that this Dunkin is inside a Cobblestone carwash and is essentially "Dunkin" in name only. I stop by on my way to work most days, it's convenient and on the way to the office. they have a more limited supply of donuts since it's not a stand alone location. Great staff! I order on the app ahead of time and I've never had any issues.

First time ordering online from this location, once I arrived I asked for the order and the guy was very nice and showed me the order. Not much to write about but the guy was nice, the coffee (cold brew, cane sugar and cream) is a 10-10 and donuts were good and fresh. 10 out of 10 for me.

I love dunkin at this location! The workers are always so nice and quick!!! Makes for a super fun atmosphere to get a coffee or treat while you wait for your car to be washed! ♡

When I went in there the cashier at the front was too busy trying to talk to the other employees there rather than to help me with my order the donuts were pretty stale even compared to the lateness that I showed up as if they had put out yesterday's Donuts in lieu of making fresh ones the coffee that I got was heated up in a microwave in the back and told to me as fresh and when I took my coffee back I asked for a refund and the employee looked at me like I had third eye growing out of my forehead I probably will not be back to this location

Unfortunately by 9:30 am the store was already out of chocolate long John’s so I ordered one Boston cream donut instead, which was already ready. The brunette female behind the counter who looked high as a kite handed me my change and says thanks. With no other instructions, I assumed I should go wait by the pick up section. 15 minutes later I still don’t have my donut, so I went back to the counter, the blond apologized and got my donut right away, the brunette proceeded to be snotty and said if I would have asked her to grab the donut she would have,, I told her I assumed if she was going to grab the donut she would have done so when taking my order and money!!?? Maybe companies should look more into what their employees are smoking on their breaks
I typically order from this location and have excellent service/food. Monday March 6th I ordered through the app. Went picked up my food. Drove all the way back to work, sat down excited to eat, open the bag and this is what I got. When calling the location the Manager Monica asked, "Well what do you want me to do? I can't be next to my employees all the time." No Monica I expected you as a manager to manage your people, it's called doing your job... relay expectations and quality. Not give me attitude because you don't know your role.Unfortunately because of our interaction, Starbucks has won my loyalty! ?♀️

The girls at this DD, which is next to a carwash, which is convenient, are ON IT ! Hot coffee, super fast service, and they had to brew a pot of decaf, fresh donut. Out of there in less than 10 min, probably less, and a mobile order was also hot and ready. Great job. This one's for the AM girls (8A). You rocked it ! And they ARE friendlier at Black Rock, but also more expensive and who wants to wait 20 minutes for coffee. It's COFFEE. I'll take mine hot and ready to go.

This place is the worst everytime(4 times) I go in they are out of donuts and the coffe taste like more miIk than coffee...even when i specifically ask for less milk.end up buying coffee and donuts from the gas station there connected too. Also the staff there are gross guy comes to help me and is itching his head and running fingers through his hair right over donuts....no thanks.

Their shelves are ALWAYS picked over. Donuts are good if you can get them, but I stopped going here because of poor selection and low donut inventory.
