Ordered on the app, added a mocha when I arrived. Did not get the correct order, and the mocha is the grossest I have ever had. Very disappointed with this visit..
I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts regularly, and though most of the staff are friendly, I’ve had frustrating occasions as a Perks member. I always buy 2-3 drinks, and when I get enough points to get a free reward, some of the staff say “Oh, let me take the most expensive drink off.”, while a couple take the cheapest drink off. When I ask about it, they just smile and say “That’s what the computer took off.”, but clearly they can choose which drink. I wish all the employees...read full review
