8am 2/5 This food was absolutely disgusting. I ate one tater tot and it was soggy and clearly cooked in some kind of black grease they must have used all morning because I don't even know what it tasted like, but it wasn't potatoes. Almost like fish and they don't even serve fish! Multiple specks of black burned "something' on it. The sandwich was thrown in there in a wrapper that looks like they had taken it apart and rewrapped it several times. The cheese was not melted as you can see in the picture. The bread was falling apart. The whole sandwich was a mess and went straight to the trash! Grease was literally soaking through the wrappers of the tater tots. I don't know if the cook on duty this morning did not want to be there, but someone needs to have a quick review of their work. They are representing Dunkin' and this is a horrible representation. I drove up there just before work so I didn't notice this until I got home and I do not have time to drive back down there to ask them to give me my money back. I tried calling the store from the number on their website and it went to somebody's voicemail that did not mention Dunkin' so I have no idea if that is even a correct number. It just told me the number I was calling and beeped. I would suggest checking your food before you leave. I don't know if there's been new management but this place has gone way downhill. The employees of the store represent the management. The fact that I could not get a hold of anybody on a "cell phone" that doesn't mention the store says a lot as well. All bad. And as I look back over the reviews I see a lot of the same patterns. Bad food, bad service, bad management. Save your money and go somewhere else.

When I visited granted it was closer to the afternoon so I understand that there was limited amount of donuts, But I waited by the counter where you pick up for 5 minutes for somebody to assist me. I finally had to yell out excuse me before somebody finally acknowledged that I was there. They advised me they did not have the donuts that I requested on my order I placed online. Which is fine but I waited there for 5 minutes for them to tell me that in addition to when I got there, the box was wide open to the air, and the donuts they had in there were DRY. There was no apology for the fact that I've been standing there for 5 minutes. Three people passed me, looked at me and kept going.

Came in for a late night coffee coffee's cold and after like 2 minutes I'm trying to take a dump they banged on the door saying that I can't be in there all day no manners at the register just rude in general from all of them

Today was the 9th time IN A ROW that this location has gotten my order wrong. I don’t think you understand the statistical anomaly this is. I’ve placed orders at the window, online, and through the app… all of them were wrong. Missing item, wrong items, ingredients completely missing from sandwich items. I’ve preferred DD for years… but it will be unlikely that I ever return to a Dunkin Donuts but most definitely will never be returning to this one. Especially since a coffee costs nearly $10 now and they make it wrong. Not worth the time or money anymore. Bring back your reasonable prices and competent employees.

Been coming to this location for a few years now. Over the past 6 months or so the service has completely gone downhill.
I really don't write reviews like this but I'm getting tired of it. Every single time my husband and I have gotten food from here, they always forget two or three things. Mainly with the breakfast food items.

Took the cashier 5 minutes to ring up 2 donuts. She must have pushed 100 buttons on the screen. Then couldn't figure out how to let me pay using their own app. The donuts are not fresh go to Bosa across the street.

This location is right around the corner from my home, every single time I have been there I have had poor customer service and I mean awful. There are two particular employees who make it very difficult and say rude comments. I will not be using this location anymore because it's gotten that bad.
