I’ve been going to Dunkin’ Donuts for over 30 years, and for as long as I can remember, ordering a coffee with two creams meant a hot coffee — the classic Dunkin’ drink that built the brand. But lately, every time I order “a coffee with two creams,” the employees automatically hand me an iced coffee, and I’m honestly tired of it.
Dunkin’ originally served hot coffee, and for decades, customers simply said “a coffee” and got exactly that. If a customer says “coffee,” how about giving them a hot coffee instead of iced? And if there’s any confusion, it’s simple: just ask, “Hot or iced?” That’s all it takes.
Long-time customers — especially older customers who have been coming for years — shouldn’t have to spell out “hot coffee” to avoid getting the wrong drink. Please bring back the common-sense default.

Manager is horrible, Very arrogant and rude. I would definitely go to a different location They didn’t scan my phone for the points and I asked them to refund and put back on my points and the manager pretty much told me to go pound dirt

Went for coffee and donuts and got the donuts I was wanting and was not disappointed. Coffee was great too. Woman behind the counter was friendly and courteous. I've been there before on my last trip to Phoenix and will probably go next year too.
Theres been one specific girl that takes my order the few times i have gone here and every time she gets it wrong. i order a black raspberry unsweetened ice tea and she rings it up as a raspberry watermelon refresher- which is absolutely not the same thing. and each time i have them repeat my order and i confirm that it has no sugar and they assure me that yes, it is sugar free and that its what i asked for. then they hand me my drink and the label says watermelon refresher and its disgustingly sweet and tastes of watermelon so its obviously not a label misprint. im not one to send my orders back to have them remade because i just hate doing that and im on a time crunch to get to work. so im just going to stop coming to this location its ridiculous, ive wasted money here and the girl taking orders is obviously incompetent.

Horrible service at this location. We are Dunkin fans and love getting our morning coffee here, but this experience will make it difficult for us to come back. Simply asking for clarification on which drink was which and giving a snarky response to just read the label and then walking away. Very disappointed in the lack of care in management at this location.

I work night shifts and this location is right on my way home so I hit it about once every 2 to 3 days a week. I love getting a coffee or their lemonade. Their coffee is very good and it looks just like the photos on the menu. The customer service is good but of course this morning time and everyone’s a little grumpy in the morning. The food is very delicious. The hashbrowns were one of my favorites because I think they grill them and they taste super good. 9/24/24 just got breakfast well I gave the lady a $20 bill and she handed me back one five dollar bill two one dollar bills and some change well I went to tip her five dollars and she seemed pretty happy and then I drove off and realized she only gave me not even eight dollars back. I think she’s new but the thing is I work very hard for my money as an 18-year-old and I find it very disrespectful when people can’t count change specially when they work in the food industry like it’s not OK.
