Disappointed with my visit today. They messed up two drinks, and when I politely complained, the staff caught an attitude instead of fixing the issue professionally. The manager was especially rude, which seems to be a pattern every time I come here. Customer service has seriously gone downhill. Definitely won’t be returning.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Staff were rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful. To make it worse, they falsely accused me of leaving trash behind when it wasn’t mine at all. Instead of basic customer service or professionalism, I was met with attitude and blame. No accountability, no respect, and no reason to come back. Do better

Me an my wife go here all the time, I always ask for the servers favorite drink or i get a surprise. Never disappointed, staff is super friendly at least in chandler would recommend

Employees are a 10/10! One employee (wished I was able to get her name to write her excellence on this review) offered to pay for a drink for my sister after an incident. She was so nice and friendly to us, definitely went above and beyond! Family also loved the drinks they made! Overall good place :)

add the long line to day they where out of “water” and couldn’t make my drink. I asked for sparkling and said they couldn’t accommodate that either. I asked how would they brew coffee without purified water and the employee had no clue. Seems strange such a large corporation wouldn’t have an osmosis system. Waste of time, they should out signs when they are out of “water bottles”. Not coming back.

I’m not sure if it’s Lindsay or Lindsey but the most kind hearted woman I’ve ever met, took my order today and changed my whole week if not month around. This worker puts nothing but the absolute kindest, most pure energy out without even trying! I’m so glad I happened to meet her and thank you to this location for always hiring some of the most kind hearted people I’ve gotten to meet😭 She truly deserves the absolute best and I hope her hard work never goes unrecognized.

Ordered a matcha with extra lavender and oat milk. Got a regular matcha with whole milk. Didn’t have time to go back. Just annoying. Vibes were good there, but accuracy was not.
