If you want to get on the right nutrition plan you need to go see Ken. After 3.5 weeks following with he told me to eat I lost 27 lbs. 5% body fat and gained 3.5% muscle. This guy knows what he is doing.

This is place is great if need something on the go, or if you just want to sit at their bar and drink something healthy. Michael and Ken are great and remember you by name. They have great recommendations if you don't know what to try first. Aside from their amazing smoothie and tea menu...they also offer weight loss programs. They even sell you the products that they use themselves to take home and make it yourself.
