Eggstasy is expensive, but it has great reviews and quality food, so I don’t mind paying the price. The problem is there’s no clear details on what pancakes receive syrup and which do not, so when you place an online order, you may want to specify that you want syrup in the additional notes. I attempted to call after placing a to-go order to have this resolved and to tell the staff that this needs to be detailed on their website under which pancakes don’t received syrup - but the staff member (Scott) didn’t seem to care about the issue. I paid $40 for two plates so he should care… Now, I have a pancake order that I’m no longer interested in without syrup. Just moved so I don’t have any at home…

Awesome breakfast spot with classics and fun twists, and the Dutch apple French toast is unreal even though it is a ton of bread I still wanted another. I have been back plenty of times with friends and family, the service is fast and attentive, the space is bright and comfy including the shaded porch, and it is absolutely worth trying.

Being a member of a dining group, I can say this exceeds expectations and is better than other places in the area. I highly recommend the mimosas (fresh squeezed oj machine, muah) and traditional eggs Benedict. I've eaten here several times and it's consistently great!
If you like salt. This is your place. Breakfast was low quality, not good at all. Sons quinoa soup tasted cold and not good. My salmon Benedict couldn't be finished the intense salt flavor and split sauce was unbearable. 89.00 later will not be returning.

Eggstasy is doing brunch right! Definitely one of the better brunch spots in the East Valley.
They have a great menu that they updated and rotate periodically. Huge food selection! They also have a bar and a wide range of specialty coffee drinks.
I had the Phat Country Boy benedict and it was incredible. Cooked perfectly and very filling! Ordered a iced dirty chair and it was equally as good! I was impressed overall!
The staff was very nice. Food came out quickly and fresh as well. Very clean and a great vibe at this location.
