I ordered on the app in the wrong location. I called and asked to cancel, but they said it couldn't be canceled. I explained it was a one-hour drive, and she replied with an attitude. There goes $32.07 to the trash.

Clean, Well Stocked, and Friendly A Great Midday Stop! - HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOCATION
I visited the Einstein Bros Bagels at Alma School and Queen Creek around 11:20 AM and had a great experience. I ordered the Tasty Turkey sandwich with salt chips, orange juice, and water. Everything was FRESH and the sandwich hit the spot!
What really made the visit stand out was how well-run the store was. The place was spotless, the coffee bar was fully stocked and actually had fresh coffee, and all the fridges and displays looked like they had just been restocked. The staff was awesome. Genuinely friendly, quick, and professional. They greeted customers with a smile and kept things moving without rushing anyone.
Solid prices, great service, and a clean, organized setup. I’ll definitely be back

Sorry to all of the regular customers that don't receive the extra order protection. They strive to ensure that only 3rd party orders aren't stolen. Regular customers don't receive 3rd party delivery privilege. Maybe one day you regos will be allowed to have your order placed behind the counter. Until then the risk is all yours...

Ordered a bagel with no egg but got a bagel with egg, went to get a new one and they then made it correctly. But I got food poisoning within the hour. I’ve felt awful. Waste of money and they didn’t even give me a receipt so I can’t get my money back
