Haven't been here in a min but today I called in my order to be so disappointed when I got home asked for toasted and it was burnt asked for cream cheese and it was like they put the whole container of it on one bagel so not happy and and it wasn't even cut in half like it normally is. Both bagels was such a disappointment 😞

This used to be the most unhappy store in town. New manager, new attitude, somebody said good morning to me for the first time. Even the employees seem happier. Thank you! We see you!

I don't recommend going to the Einstein located 2925 South Alma School Road. I ordered a tasty turkey with no tomatoes, extra cucumber and I received a bagel with only spinach and turkey. I took it back and the employee, he/she with long hair said bro, I didn't make your sandwich My reply was yes you did, I saw you make it and you handed it to me. He/She snatched the bag away from me and then when I obtained my sandwich it was that employee's hair in my sandwich they clearly had an attitude in the beginning with me and then was smiling once they gave me the correct sandwich I do not recommend this Einstein in any way!!

Service terrible, everyone who works there looks miserable and that energy translates majorly when you walk in. Makes me not want to return , not welcoming.. quite the opposite

So disappointed with my bagel from this location. It's flat not cooked all the way and the Texas brisket usually comes with meat this has none. If you want a good bagel make the drive to the Ray and Rural location. I get this same bagel there every morning and it's delicious. I work next to that location. Day off or not I will make the drive to get the good bagel . This locations was terrible

Took a chance and ordered delivery from here for my family. Didn’t include any of the shmears that I paid for.

Brisket sandwich is the best I’ve ever had!
It may not have pictures but ask about it!!!

We go to this place on Alma School at least once a week and we always find the nicest people having breakfast that we end up talking with them also!
Try this place and you’ll love this place with us!

My son especially loves the vanilla hazelnut coffee and you get a free cup whenever you use your app!

Enjoy it and look for a little 5 year old down syndrome boy to say thanks for the coffee tip!!
