The sassy chunky young man with glasses said to me (with his invisible finger waving int he air) “ we’re closing in 20 minutes and I won’t make you any sandwiches. I can get you what’s in the case, but I’m not gonna make you any sandwiches “. Has the store manager train the staff how to talk to customer’s professionally!? Like he’s been yelled at all day and it’s my fault!? And what restaurant closes its kitchen 20 minutes before closing!? Bad training and to the manager: good luck with your business with this kind of staff!

A staple for us..bagels - this location team does a great job keeping the line moving when it’s busy.. great choices, love the breakfast and lunch bagel sandwiches..coffee is good too. Only reason for one star off on atmosphere is when it’s busy you never know where to stand when it’s packed and end up taking seats which is not the best plan..overall excellent quality and great food.
Are you kidding me! 40 min wait for 2 bagels UN toasted with cream cheese.

This location doesn't deal well with crowds. Not much seating and staff couldn't keep up. Over 30 minutes for a bagel and then only offered a refund. Four different customers left without food. Not only was service poor but the people working were not very apologetic or friendly.

Bad enough to not get what you order, but then it's cold too. Ordered a Garden Avocado bagel sandwich, I got something with bacon, no veggies and it is ice cold. This location is so frustrating for its inconsistency.

The missus and I do our best to make an appearance at this location every weekend. Sandwiches always come out nice and hot. The bagels with extra shmear always comes with extra EXTRA shmear. The weekend crew know us by name and face-- especially Ben (what's up buddy? Hope you're doing well. See you Sunday). We've already made it a point to discuss how we're going to come to this store every Sunday, even when we move out of chandler.
