Totally enjoyed the farmhouse breakfast sandwich.

The Google listing says it has a drive through. It does not have a drive through.

Your manager, Zach, is ridiculous. I ordered online, paid for my meal (3 bagels) and picked it up without an issue. While in the lobby, I saw 3 other customers return incorrect orders. I got to my car car saw that 1 of my 3 was incorrect as well. All other orders were corrected and handed to the customers. Mine.... no, he made our corrected bagel, then looked back to find my order just to make sure I had ordered it correctly. Forget the receipt that I showed as I walked in with the incorrect bagel. I've never felt so awkward in a restaurant, like I'm lying about your mess-up? Whether it was Zach that made it or not, he should never have made a customer feel that way, nor should it have ever been questioned. You're how old?

I have been at this location many times but no more. Today was absolutely disgusting. Myself and a group of other customers just witnessed the manager verbally assaulting one of his employees. The manager is out of control. The last time I was there he made racist comments about the Mexican girl who was working. It is obvious that he doesn’t care who hears him.

Great job as always. Leadership has turned this store around from previous leader. Zach is great leader and his staff is awesome.

Fast and friendly staff. My order is always perfect. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work.

I stop in for a morning bagel multiple times each week on my way to work. All of the employees that work there are incredibly friendly, work hard to get food made up fresh and fast, and are always respectful to their customers. I choose specific restaurants for good food, but I also choose to avoid places with service. This location has both qualities going in its favor.

Mandee is super friendly and always greets me when I come in. Highly recommend- service is top notch and fast!

Customer service and food is nothing but tip top.

The food was great up until I noticed the serving sizes get less and less each visit.
The prices seemingly increase every other day.
Recently paid over 29$ for 2 bagels and a coffee.

I was the third person in line and it took about 10 minutes to put in my order. Fortunately, one of the ladies asked for my order ahead of time so it would come out immediately after paying.

I got a brewed coffee and it was okay up until I got a mouthful of grounds at the end. The picture is after I ate like a quarter of it LOL. The people were really sweet though so absolutely zero complaints there :)

Zack and his team of amazing humans do a tremendous job of making you feel welcome and warm! I start my day here every time I go to work and bypass two other popular bagel shops just because of Zack and his team!! Oh and the food is great too!!

They were super nice and Daja gave us free drinks and a free bagel!
