Update on 9/2/2025: After contacting Einstein’s through their website about the missing beverage machine, I received an email from their District Manager with a thoughtful explanation of the situation and a timeline of the machine’s return. I appreciate being heard and acknowledged.

We ordered breakfast for delivery. They missed a cream cheese and sent a wrong cream cheese. Even though you can just go on the food delivery app and get a refund, I chose to call as we really wanted the correct cream cheese tubs.

The manager was polite, apologetic, and wanted to make it right. She had an employee bring the correct tubs over abd did so quickly.

I know that mistakes are made and really appreciated that she really went out...

Nice, clean location. However, they currently do not have a fountain machine so no fountain drinks are available. They were also having a managers meeting so it was a bit loud. They offered some bagels as a sorry for being loud since I sat and ate there but I never got them lol but very nice of the manager to offer 😊
