The girl at the counter was wonderful. But that’s where it ends. It is hands down the worst food I have tasted, I would equate it to low grade dog food. Inedible! Took 2 bites and we threw out both meals and went some where else.

Food is decent - just be sure to double check your order. Been here a few times, and they're usually accurate, but today, my chicken bowl had everything but the chicken. And I strongly recommend avoiding the iced tea - it's among the worst of the fast food places.

Used to love El Pollo Loco. Unfortunately, quality control has left the building.Lets start with packaging. PLEASE, go back to the individual containers. Or at least find something that doesn't leak all over my car. These boxes you have now are ridiculous, a total mess. Next, please dont give hard tortillas to paying costumers. It's just disrespectful. Now for the chicken. Breast and wing, both sloppy and under cooked. Last but not least they gave me the wrong salsa.$13 and change, down the drain. I've had this issue more than once which is too bad. Stop sending sloppy, messy, nasty meals out the door.Please get it together.

As usual el pollo loco holds themselves to the highest standard in fast food . I love there rewards points their restaurant was super clean friendly and well merchandised . Food was made fresh and my Last lunch in Arizona was a great one .

First time in one of this places and doubt will come back soon! I definitely wasn’t expecting such high prices for so very little food! 4 piece chicken is supposedly half chicken but seems like the chicken was starved because there was very little meat to eat! As for the flavor it may be famous but it’s not the best I’ve eaten! I spent about close to 20 dollars and left hungry! Very disappointed. Was expecting a nice lunch but left knotting my head!
