Manager Rito is VERY rude and inpatient with customers. Not welcoming at all! So bad in fact I wanted to leave but my husband had a taste for the chicken. I hope a regional manager reads this because the clown needs to be talked to and educated on how to treat customers!!! He should be demoted that’s how awful our interaction was!!!

My husband picked up a grande bowl for me and I was so disappointed! It was mostly beans and rice and no cheese or cabbage! It’s not a bowl without those 2 items!! It was very bland!

First and last time going. my chicken was extremely dry almost inedible, they gave me mashed potatoes without gravy and didn’t get the sauce I requested
Well the employee at the drive through acted like they wanted to be Any place but work. I worked in customer service for 17 years and frankly if I acted that way I’d be gone. Not going back

The girl at the counter was wonderful. But that’s where it ends. It is hands down the worst food I have tasted, I would equate it to low grade dog food. Inedible! Took 2 bites and we threw out both meals and went some where else.

Food is decent - just be sure to double check your order. Been here a few times, and they're usually accurate, but today, my chicken bowl had everything but the chicken. And I strongly recommend avoiding the iced tea - it's among the worst of the fast food places.
