What a great steakhouse. Paul the GM has made this perfect. Great staff & servers. Had a perfect night with incredible food. Second visit just as good. Sara was excellent. See you in March.

Outstanding service, and very good food. Wine list has the right amount of selection. I was really impressed with the level of service, and the quality of food. This is definitely the spot for a date night.

Elliott’s has quickly become one of my absolute favorite steakhouses! I made sure to visit this past weekend while in Arizona and could not leave without eating their delicious food! We sampled all that we could from appetizers to salads to the main courses and were not disappointed! The staff, ambiance and food are the best! Thank you, Candace, for accommodating our large group last minute. We will definitely be back soon! Signed a happy and satisfied diner!

We made reservations for our Anniversary after passing through from Kentucky. The service and the food were both phenomenal! Highly recommend Elliot’s❣️

Service was wonderful, and the environment is very nice for business talk or for family celebrations. The foods were awesome, a little bit too salty.

Was told "we don't want anyone in here with graphic shirts or hats." it was extremely off-putting, and the fact that "we will put you on our 2nd floor" gave us pause. We would have dressed business casual as per their website and would have been ready to go, but now, no thanks. We will go to CHoP or Stockyards or anywhere else where we aren't spoken to as animals. As the "owner" responded I would love for the phone call to be posted and give full consent. The question was "Who do we have dining with you tonight?" When I responded with my spouse and sons they asked the ages. I was then given the graphic t-shirt, hats, hats to the back, and sneakers information. It is a way to keep children out and to discriminate. I am sure if a VIP wore a $250 graphic t-shirt with $1500 Jordans they would be let in. Oh, and my sons know fine dining. It has never been a problem before. Maybe it was because of something else like a surname.

We stared off at the bar for a cocktail...the vibe and the skillfully crafted drinks were terrific. After a drink, moved to our booth for dinner. The entire wait staff was fantastic. Our waiter, Steve, suggested a wine pairing with our meals. Everything was perfect: wine, salads, main, and our shared side. This was our first time at Elliot's, and we look forward to coming again.

Atmosphere is about the only thing that is commendable. Entrees were too salty, desert was too sweet and service too slow. Our server tried his best and said all the correct things a server should say, but he was too slow and inattentive. It took 20 minutes upon sitting to have our order taken. Food did come out fast, but again, the more we ate, the more the saltiness became unbearable. It took much too long to get anyone's attention to get our check. Every time we needed the server, he was nowhere to be found. Eventually, we had to grab the hostess to inform her we need our check. I've been to many different types of steak houses and many different price points and this was by the far the worst overall experience. Maybe it was a one off evening, but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

For a fine dining restaurant it was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Initially we thought they were understaffed so we gave them a chance, then another chance, then another chance, then another- we realized it wasn’t a staffing issue but just a lack of awareness and understanding of customer’s experience. In comparison to other steakhouses in the area, this by far is the worst in terms of service. I hope they see this comment, watch the camera/videos and saw how long we waited. For example it took 25 minutes to get water, we asked for the check and it took 32 minutes to come out. Absolutely unacceptable for a steakhouse. To be frankly honest; Texas Roadhouse is way better and I don’t even enjoy Texas Roadhouse.

The service personnel were attentive, but not hovering, so one could enjoy the meal. The wine list is quite varied, so one can find whatever pleases the palette.

The food was delicious. Unfortunately a decent steak restaurant is rare in Chandler, so I was quite happy with the quality and presentation of the food. During my visit, I had the lobster medallions, a Caesar salad, steak (obviously), and sides of whipped potatoes and mushrooms. The presentation was delightful, and the attention to detail was evident by the differing knives you received based on the type of steak ordered. However, as tasty and well presented as my salad was, I’m not a huge fan of having to shred my own lettuce. I basically received an entire head of romaine (which unfortunately included a bit of core) with the remainder of the salad plopped on top. Flavor was good, however the restaurant should prepare the lettuce prior to serving.

As for the atmosphere; the restaurant is a bit noisy, however I didn’t notice any acoustical dampening. The decor and construction appear to showcase the historical building. I’m sure acoustic dampening would ruin the visual appeal, thus can be excused. It wasn’t intolerable, but noticeable. The lighting is the appropriate level, and the table did not feel cramped nor isolated. The layout is a large improvement from the former tenant, Sasha’s. Decor is minimal, yet tactful. The furniture is quite comfortable as well.

One notable item, which is a peeve of mine, the tablecloth was not pressed. My impression of Elliott’s is a finer dining experience (for Chandler), and visible fold creases on a tablecloth is always unappealing to me.

Overall I would recommend Elliott’s.

Went for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. We had reservations but decided to stay at the bar the whole time. Glad we did. Stephanie took care of us. Very attentive and professional. Honestly couldn't have had a better experience. Stephanie overheard it was out anniversary, never mentioned it. At the very end, she offered us a dessert to go since we were clearly stuffed. Burrata appetizer was wonderful! Shrimp cocktail is huge and delicious! Ribeye was cooked perfectly! Augratin potatoes are delicious. The cream corn/zucchini was exceptional. I know this isn't in everyone's wheelhouse but if you want to splurge locally, really nowhere else to go and get this level or quality. If you're at the bar and fortunate to have Stephanie, she is sure to elevate your experience. Cheers!!
