Unfortunately I am just not a fan of this place The 2 times I have gone. The machaca is not traditional from carne seca like it should be, it is from stewed shredded beef instead. The nachos that people told me they are famous for are simply chips with shredded cheese on them. The crispy taco was good but I just don't think I will be going back.

My family and I tried Elmer's for the first time. We had high hopes. I ordered 2 tacos. They came in the premade taco shells. The meat was nothing special. I call them cardboard tacos. We won't be back.
Just got takeout from this place, got the order wrong. My burrito (not what I ordered) was 50% sauce and the meat tasted like it was from a can. Never again

This place is amazing! The food is fresh and tasted home made. I tried a little bit of everything on the menu, pastor and asada tacos, burrito cone (definitely a favorite), red chili beef burrito, and taquitos. I shared all this with the wife. Staff was friendly and welcoming and you can tell this is one of the local spots that cares about what they serve. Definitely coming back and recommending this place to my friends!
