Horrible service!!Do not eat here! They had none of the chicken flavors available unless you wait between 5-10 mins. They don't have any soda because their carbonation was out. The customer is forced to order a soda bottle. If you want ice They charge $1 to put it in a child's cup. The older female asian woman working there was extremely rude and raising her voice over how expensive it is for her to make the ice attempting to justify the cost of the ice despite the inconvenience they've caused with the lack of food choices and their soda machine being down. You can't even see what their food looks like cause they have it covered. There is NO customer service at this place and they could careless about making money and providing customer service. Therefore, I recommend no one give this place any of your hard earned money. Its definitely not worth it!! This place gets a negative star.
The food is terrible and the service is even worse! Do not go there.

The food quality was low. The food was Luke warm. Expensive for what I got. The food was not crispy. The chow main was spaghetti with no flavor whatsoever. The shrimp temporada was hard and overcooked. The only good thing was the fountain drinks. Overpriced for three entrées and side with two tempura shrimp and three fountain drinks 31 dollars.

Everything is terrible! Don't waste your time and money on this place! If possible, go somewhere else. How many Chinese restaurants have I seen, this one turned out to be the worst!
DO NOT EAT HERE. IT IS THE WORST. THE FOOD WAS OLD AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU FRESH FOOD. I PAID 15 62 AND THE RICE WAS SO HARD IT WAS STUCK TOGETHER.
The food was terrible. It had no flavor and the chicken tasted let old. There was also a hair in the food and they offered to remake it instead of just refunding me and not eating there. Very unsanitary and unprofessional.
I ordered the teriyaki chicken, it was so…bland , the food just has no flavor or taste. I’m not sure if it’s new cooks or new owners but food here is NOT good at all.
Even my dog can cook better than this

We were already not trying to be being picky, and know that this place was only serving a purpose, but we couldn’t even eat our food. This place is NOT good.
This food is absolutely disgusting. The orange chicken sauce is separate from the chicken and is added after you order it. It doesn’t taste good at all. Please don’t waste your money here. Take your $15 and go somewhere else. Even Panda Express makes better food. I’m telling you, not all mall Chinese food is the same, and this one is definitely not good at all. This food is not worth it.

Their hours are based on the day, their Google hours are incorrect. I come here regularly on the weekdays and they are never open. When I came here on a Saturday they opened at 12:30-ish, not 11AM like their Google listing advertises. The food is alright but nothing too mentionable. The spring roll or shrimp tempura are slightly pricey actually. The food court it is inside is clean and they have a bathroom right around the inside hall corner. The food court temperature is tepid and should be cooler in my opinion but I know that is outside of this individual business's control.
Their younger staff (the teen girl and guy) are pretty courteous actually, I can see them going on to higher paying workplaces.

So sorry to say this but the worst food and experience.
Everything tasted rancid and left bad aftertaste, teriyaki chicken overcooked as well as brocoli beef and only semi edible was noodles
A shame spend $ 20 for not 1 real thing you can eat when brought to attention of clerk had care less attitude more then once said nothing can do- No refunds as indicated on small sign by register. Which may indicate reason for bad food to be repeatedly served.
So sad and when I asked for manager no help as well no contact. Would've loved some help in this area at least a refund would've left a better impression for the hard working ones at counter.

They used uncooked rice to make fried rice. This is so wrong. I can't finish up my fried rice because of this. It is very bad. Very unsatisfied.
