Purchased and paid for an order online before I showed up and it said ready for pick up. Showed up and they said they had no order and the drive through worker had to use a translation app to speak English with me .. then they told me they couldn't give me food because they didn't have an order for me even though I already paid for

Apparently this location doesn't include drinks with their combinations. The lady as the window's word, not mine.Other Filiberto's include drinks and ask for the customer's choice of Beef or Shredded Chicken if certain dishes have multiple choices.But not this location.So you're paying extra for nothing.

I got charged a full carne asada fries and only received a half order and asked for no sour cream and they put extra and I have a lactose allergy so I couldn’t eat my food the girl working on 2/20/2024 at 9:45pm didn’t know what she doing and kept laughing in my face.update 3/2/2024 how am I supposed to get my refund when I made the complaint 2/20/2024 and u respond 3/1/2024 and it was fries and I got charged a full order and was served a half with sour cream even though I requested without I don’t even care abt money at this point you guys have bad service and clearly a even worse store owner who doesn’t even know what they are talking about you and ur employees need to go through retraining because clearly no one in this building knows what their talking about

The food was awful and the cook didn't know what ingredients were supposed to be in our orders. Probably one of the worst experiences with fast food I can recall. Young woman at the counter was lovely and tried her best.

Overall it was good, the only negative thing about my visit was the long wait even though I did an Uber Eats pick-up. I don't know how many orders they had so I can't say they weren't busy so I won't dock any stars. Oh, I forgot my burrito didn't have the extra sour cream. So just a reminder to double-check the orders. But thank you for my food it was hot and tasty.
