I ordered a burrito online before work, to pick up on the way. I was told to wait a few more minutes and despite being the first one in the restaurant, they served another customer who came in and ordered after me. I was late for work by 20 minutes because of how late my order was. When I took a few bites of my food, it was cold and I tasted mold, which made me sick. I then returned later and told the cashier about my situation, and she accused me of lying. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, THE FOOD IS POORLY MADE, AND THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

And then to top it off she say come back and we will remake it after explaining to her I live 40 mins away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR

I am a big fan of Filiberto’s carne asada Fries. However this location is by far the worst ever in my 15 years of eating Filiberto’s. The fries were burnt, yet undercooked and it looked like it’s been sitting in the warmer and was just dumped back into the oil for a quick “warming”. The fries was drenched in oil the guacamole tasted bad. It was so unfortunate and disappointing…. Disgusting

I went through the drive-thru just after midnight and I was the only customer at the store. I ordered Carne Asada Fries. Big mistake. I waited a few minutes for my order and figured that was because the fries had to be cooked. I live roughly 6 minutes away so I know the commute had nothing to do with the quality of the food. The toppings were great. The meat was fresh and cooked perfectly. What destroyed the dish were the fries. They were soggy, greasy and burnt. Normally, I would have called and made a silent complaint, but I’m sure the kitchen was well aware of what they were sending out.And the guacamole is the worst. The onions were so overpowering.
