Counter guy was cool and friendly. mbiance was standard fair.The food... the food was tasty, as it usually always is. I don't think I've ever had a 'bad' food offering at a 'Bert'sThere is, however, one very LARGE issue - why is a taco, a SINGLE shredded beef taco, nothing exciting or crazy, almost FIVE DOLLARS??!?!??!It wasn't even like stuffed fat with meat or cheese or golden nuggets for christ sake!?!?!??

I got the chorizo burrito, was not good at all lacking flavor and I asked for a lemonade and gave me pinapple which it wouldn't have been a big deal if didn't taste the way it did way beyond sweet and had a weird taste I even added a bottle of water to it and still was same idk, this filibertos ain't it money wasted on trash.

The carne asada burrito I get is always soggy and tastes like stew in a burrito. The green and red sauce are watered down. Don't go here unless you want bland food that's kept warm in a pan till you order it.

Ordered a carne asada plate & the meat was horrible! Rates as a -10 for me! Real carne Asada should of been marinated and well seasoned!! This meat was tough with completely no seasoning! Never new a Hispanic restaurant with awful food! I would never return and I’m from Tennessee! It’s very awful when you’re starving! I threw the entire meal away! Wish I could tell them to shut down and run for the border and rethink some recipes! Like I love Hispanic food and other cultures; but I don’t think the ppl that cooked this are authentic; please give us the real Hispanics that know how to do it right! Like Los tres Amigos, the 3 amigos and the ones who have the hole in the wall restaurants where their ancestors come together and season the food with them!
