I was running late for my reservation and they were so accommodating for my birthday and still let us have our reservation and I appreciate that. Overall me and my friends had a good service.
Gear service, from the hostesses greeting us and amending our reservation numbers to the attentive service from Emma. Really a wonderful experience, we'll be back!
Our dining experience at Firebirds Resurrection Sunday was excellent. The food and service was/ is consistent every time we dine here which is why we keep Firebirds in rotation of our top go to restaurants. You will not be disappointed.
Great food and service! The steak was a bit over-done and they immediately offered to make a new one, but we declined. It was still very tasty. Our server was great! She would check back to make sure we were doing well but did not over-do it.
Thank you Firebirds and Mikaela (sp?) for a wonderful wedding anniversary dinner with my wife!
The manager was very gracious about extending the online offer that was only good in Tucson. Our server Nikki was one of the best we've had ever in any restaurant. We both had the baby back ribs and the only thing left on the plate or the bones. They were delicious
With a Sunday special of Prime Rib we showed up at 5:50pm - early in evening - nothing available by medium well and well. Obviously a mistake in prep occurredl We chose to have filet and sirloin. They took 35 minutes to arrive. Server was energetic and thoughtful.
Salad came out poorly prepared with very few ingredients. The onion rings were bland, but the wings were good. Manager stated we wanted extra ingredients when it was brought to her attention that the salad was in poor condition. This is a great example of low performing service and low performing management. Overall, the restaurant gets a C-. Because if you’re going to add condescending management to your inability to accurately prepare food, you should start making plans to sell the business.

We love this Firebirds. Great food, service and the look but you’ve got to get the gnats under control. It’s been a while and the last three times we’ve been in they are so bad (inside!). Even tonight my husband went to the bathroom and came back and he had a small live spider in his wine. I just can’t! We want to come back but you need to figure this out and fast.

I showed up a little less than an hour before they closed and was treated to the most excellent service and care. The food was amazing, filet mignon is a must along with Parmesan mashed potatoes. Dessert: warm brownie. Nicki was excellent, made me feel very welcome and taken care of.

Absolute crap. Service was disgraceful all round. Food was sub par. I’ve never been so disappointed in a Firebird.
