Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Great treatment by staff at every level from hostess to server and even bus boy. Anniversary celebration and both managers chatted us up about our life together, kids, grandkid and where we had lived during our marriage. Best restaurant experience anywhere. Food was wonderful. Well Done Firebirds.!!

Service was incredible, food is always fantastic. We love it and it's our go to because we know it will always be great and an exceptional value!

Wait staff and manager constantly hovering at our table. They literally came by 6-7 times during our meal for no reason interrupting our conversation. Felt like we were being spied on and we were two middle aged adult professionals in business attire having a quiet conversation. Lettuce in my salad was also limp/soggy. Won't be back soon. Used to be one of my local favorites.

Menu emphasizes Southwestern flavors and grilled dishes

Huge proportions outstanding flavors, the carrot cake is second to none! The cheesy corn was fantastic. The land lamb ribs were superior! Excellent staff and service. A bit dark and hard for us old people to read the menu. Bring a flashlight and enjoy!

Wed evening reservations, seated immediately. Attentive, friendly staff. Food service in good time, hot, and delicious. Sharable Chimichurri shrimp appetizer was excellent. Chilean Sea Bass hit the spot.

We've only gone to gilbert twice and chandler this one time. I feel that gilbert was better. It was our anniversary and they gave us a hand signed card. Service here was great, staff super friendly, manager said hi. My steak was not great but it was a steak so I ate it. Did nit complain. Wife's salmon was great. Drinks were very good.

Alright. Food was yum. Was Friday night busy but still drinks were forgot and food was a little more slower than I would expect. Got the 3 course special but didn’t get the special service. Salad came out until I asked and dessert way later. Drinks were weak. Hope the service is better next time.

I have eaten at Firebirds several times and always an excellent experience! Our server (Callie) was very helpful with our questions and making sure all our food requests met our expectations. Will definitely return for future dinners.
