Me and my partner went to firehouse for the first time ever, and we will simply never be going back. The atmosphere was great. Every customer there seemed happy and seemed like a great place to eat at. Wrong. The menu is atrocious. You get about three options and that’s about it. I had no idea what I could even get and after I asked what they have they told me that it’s all on the menu. I’m assuming you can get more than onion mushroom mustard and green peppers but maybe not. So I ordered a cold sub with just green pepper and turkey. I’m already disappointed because I wanted a sub, not two ingredients in between bread but whatever. We get the sandwiches on we go on our way home. We soon find out that despite both ordering cold subs, we both got hot subs, and they put every single ingredient on my sub. I’m allergic to onion so not only was it the most disappointing lunch, it was also a health panic. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but I will never be recommending or getting fire house subs ever again, I’ll just go to Jersey Mike’s where I can at least know what I’m able to get on my sub without even having to ask.

Tried to do an order on the app and it wasn’t working, spoke with Caleb on the phone and he was super nice and helpful. Went into store and placed my order, for some reason the app wouldn’t take off one of my subs, Joy just took it off for me! Both Caleb and Joy were very helpful and kind! Thank you both so much!!

Spent $5.29 on this mac and cheese.
Already a pretty unreasonable price just to be dealt this tiny cup of mac and cheese. I don’t know if the guy serving me didn’t like me but, will not be ordering from here again.
I understand inflation is getting out of control but don’t charge double and give half. That’s bad business.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I couldn’t not share my experience here. For the second time, I accidentally ordered from this location due to confusion with another San Tan location.- I just moved to Az- While I understand mistakes happen, the way this situation was handled was unacceptable.
On 11/24 around 12:20 PM, I realized immediately after placing my order that it was sent to the wrong location (Chandler instead of Gilbert). I called right away, but when someone finally answered, it was just background noise, so I hung up and tried again. The line was busy. After waiting a few minutes and calling back, a man finally answered the phone.
Unfortunately, he was extremely rude and didn’t even let me explain the situation. I understood that it might be too late to cancel, but he didn’t offer any options or a refund and hung up on me. I called back twice with no answer, and when I finally got through again, he greeted me with a curt “HELLO” (not professional at all). When I tried to explain further, he interrupted me, saying there was nothing he could do and that the order was already made. Before I could mention sending someone to pick it up, he said, “Well, I can refund you or you should’ve come and gotten your order,” and then hung up again.
I spent my hard-earned money here, and I expected to at least be treated with basic courtesy. I wasn’t rude or unreasonable, but this experience made me feel dismissed and disrespected. It’s not just about the order—it’s about the principle of treating customers with kindness and understanding.
Based on other reviews, it seems this location has ongoing issues, which is disappointing because I usually love Firehouse Subs. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service.

Used to frequent this location quite often but probably won’t be going back. I get the expensive prices, everywhere is nowadays. But the portions have gotten absolutely cut down. I got a medium steak and cheese and it was maybe a small handful of meat for the whole sandwich, mostly bread and the worst part the soggy peppers and onions with the heavy mayo mustard was just a sopping mess on the tray. To top it off I got this little tiny pickle on the side. Get it together you guys used to make an amazing sandwich.
