Tried to do an order on the app and it wasn’t working, spoke with Caleb on the phone and he was super nice and helpful. I have to do a gluten free diet, which I hate. For a very long time, I’ve been trying (and failing) to find a good gluten free sub. Yesterday though, that changed. I tried Firehouse for the first time, think GF may be new to their menu, and it was absolutely perfect. It was everything I wanted and been trying to find for so long. While reading reviews of this location, I was not sure how my visit would progress. After I ordered and was looking about only 1 table needed to be cleaned. One other customer was eating at a table. 8 mins for sandwich all good. 4 other customers came in the average sandwich prep time 9 mins.Time of arrival, 1:50 pm.Food was good.
