I don't ever write reviews but this places needs a heads up to customers , I ordered a large Italian sub to go and when I got home and opened it half the bread is missing and just had toppings I was shocked since it was purposely packed that way it's not like you wouldn't notice ? I went drove all the way back and confronted the situation, got a refund but the punk kids working there besides the manager all had a little smurk on their face thinking it was funny I've honestly out of anywhere I've eaten never felt sp disrespected definitely will never go to this one again and make sure anyone I know is warned too.

This is at least the fourth time we’ve gotten an incorrect from this location and we will not be returning. We were the only people in the store, and the condiments were swapped on the sandwiches. I’ve worked at firehouse before and it’s not the easiest sandwich job but when there’s only two sandwiches on the line before the end of the night you should train your employees to have better customer service. I know food service is thankless work but the kids that work here are rude and it feels like I’m personally bothering them when I order a sandwich. Do better.

Nice sandwiches, was a goof up in my take out order but didn't know until we were home. They insisted on giving correct order next time for free, absolutely top tier customer service.Wheelchair accessibility: First level typical restaurant door, accessible. Adequate spacing between tables.
Ordered a sandwich to go. Got home and this was how it was thrown in the box. I was the only customer in there, so there was no rush. They also left off the condiments. Service was curt. I won't be returning to this franchise.

I walked in the shop at 3:07, mins you we were the only ones there. The 2 girl making the sandwiches we’re talking, talking , not talking and making the sandwiches, just stopped everything and talked . Vert very frustrating. We got our sandwiches at 3:26!Please train your employees to always put customers first and foremost or Al least multi task.Not acceptableWon’t be coming back to this locationWhat a shame

The subs are some of the best in the business. We ended up with 1 wrong sub and 1 made incorrectly. Still going back for the quality food.

This store is offline for mobile orders and redeeming points. I was not able to redeem my points because they have it switched to offline in their system and the manager couldn’t even tell me how to go about redeeming my points. He had no clue. They will start to loose customers for this. I would not go back to this store:

So the jamaican jersey sandwich ? ?, is a hit for me boom ?, thank you fire house for knowing how to make a sandwich, hands down this is a sub that can compete! With jersey Mike's! The meat to the bread boom? spot on sub!

Sandwiches are always good but , today two young men working and it was like they were in SLOW time. This location really really needs a good cleaning. The high chairs are "filthy", never ever would I put my child in one much less to eat, there was food stuck on two of them and you can actually see the caked on accumulation of dirt. I hope they take heed and do a thorough cleaning because what you can see is usually an indication of filth you aren't seeing
