This is my favorite Firehouse Subs because they are so friendly and it has such a positive vibe!
The girls that work there are awesome and it should be noted that they do an amazing job and have great customer service.
I know how difficult it can be working in the service industry because people can be so rude and entitled so the fact that they keep such a positive attitude in spite of that should be commended.
I also love the fact that Firehouse does so much for our first responders ❤️

They ask for a roundup and donation on an 11 dollar sandwich so I mentioned that is excessive the pink haired pierced face cashier wispered it to all the employees making sandwiches who all immediately started looking at me and acting weird. I feel like they definitely did something to my sandwich so I just threw it away and wrote the $11 off. These people should be fired everybody that was working there on 1-31-25 at 1 pm definitely going to reach out to corporate. Those type of people shouldn’t even be trusted making sandwiches.

I tried the BBQ Cuban Sub! Was pleasantly surprised by this sandwich. Im not a fan of slaw overall; however, the smoky chipotle slaw wasn't bad at all!!

I am writing this review on behalf of the Birthday Sub I was denied. The app AND online was not accepting any form of payment. I tried 3 credit cards and my husbands card.
I kept getting an error screen saying "cannot process payment".
So I called in to order the sandwich as a carryout and pay in store. They told me I could not redeem the birthday sub in store. I find this extremely disappointing as I am a frequent customer and I couldnt get my ONE free sub a year? Really disappointed in Firehouse - I am hoping this gets rectified.

The place was very clean. And the employees were very friendly. We were greeted when we walked in as well as thanked when we walked out. We had ordered online and the sandwiches were fresh and ready within a few minutes of us getting there. They have a nice little stand where they place the online orders for quick pickup.
