We picked up a large order for a gathering and they had it ready to go before we walked in the door. The staff member that helped was incredibly friendly and told us where everything was. He even helped us carry it out to our car. We were very appreciative of the amazing service.

This is my favorite Firehouse Subs because they are so friendly and it has such a positive vibe!
The girls that work there are awesome and it should be noted that they do an amazing job and have great customer service.
I know how difficult it can be working in the service industry because people can be so rude and entitled so the fact that they keep such a positive attitude in spite of that should be commended.
I also love the fact that Firehouse does...

I am writing this review on behalf of the Birthday Sub I was denied. The app AND online was not accepting any form of payment. I tried 3 credit cards and my husbands card.
I kept getting an error screen saying "cannot process payment".
So I called in to order the sandwich as a carryout and pay in store. They told me I could not redeem the birthday sub in store. I find this extremely disappointing as I am a frequent customer and I couldnt get my ONE...
