This is my favorite Firehouse Subs because they are so friendly and it has such a positive vibe!
The girls that work there are awesome and it should be noted that they do an amazing job and have great customer service.
I know how difficult it can be working in the service industry because people can be so rude and entitled so the fact that they keep such a positive attitude in spite of that should be commended.
I also love the fact that Firehouse does...

I am writing this review on behalf of the Birthday Sub I was denied. The app AND online was not accepting any form of payment. I tried 3 credit cards and my husbands card.
I kept getting an error screen saying "cannot process payment".
So I called in to order the sandwich as a carryout and pay in store. They told me I could not redeem the birthday sub in store. I find this extremely disappointing as I am a frequent customer and I couldnt get my ONE...

The place was very clean. And the employees were very friendly. We were greeted when we walked in as well as thanked when we walked out. We had ordered online and the sandwiches were fresh and ready within a few minutes of us getting there. They have a nice little stand where they place the online orders for quick pickup.
