I’m a huge fan of their menu options. Their gluten-free bread is amazing with a side of butter. I tried the tri-athlete plate today and it hit the spot, our server was very friendly.

Overall the prices are extremely affordable. If you need a refreshing drink from the heat, try the purple haze lavender lemonade!

This was my first time visiting First Watch, and it was delicious! I just got the traditional breakfast with bacon. Though the dish was pricey ($15), the portions were hearty. I had a bit left over to add to a homemade breakfast the next day. Though I usually avoid chains, I'd certainly return to First Watch.

What a complete disappointment. We came in on 9/7 at around 11am. We waited about 20 minutes which was fine, but once our name was called to be seated we were walked to the very back of the restaurant. The 2 of us were given one of the round tables which made it really awkward for seating.

Our table was still sticky. We asked for it to be wiped down and no one ever came to fix that issue. When we ordered, the food came out within 20 minutes.

My chilaquiles breakfast was awful. No flavor whatsoever. I asked for my eggs to be cooked medium and they were super runny. If you're a chef, you should know that medium cooked eggs aren't runny but more jammy. The white part of the egg should be fully cooked and not runny. The grits we ordered tasted really off.

Overall, worst experience I've had at a First Watch. We've frequented several in TX and this was the second one we've been to in the Phoenix area. The place just felt dirty and unkept. The staff looked exhausted. The host at the front was sweating profusely and she just looked irritated.

If I could get a refund that would be fantastic. This place just isn't up to par with the First Watch standards.

Service was very good. Food was very good as well. Lots of options including multiple healthy options. I like that they serve lunch all day as well. Million dollar bacon was so good

Great service, ample food, nice atmosphere. Pumpkin pancake could have more flavor thus the 4 rating.

9/2/2025. The manager has contacted me and stated that the concern below has been addressed. I appreciate the management's concern and quick action. We love the food and I believe this was an isolated incident so we'll be heading back in the upcoming week or two. Thank you Raegan and your prompt attention.

8/28/2025, What a difference a month makes. We visited this location this morning. We were seated. We sat for a while, and finally asked another server to get our server. When Hope arrived, she did not introduce herself nor welcome us. We asked for coffee and a mimosa. We finished both and waited another 5-10 minutes without Hope reappearing. Finally had to ask another server to find her and ask her to come to our table to take our order. When she appeared, again, she was not happy, but did take our order. After another 10 minutes or so we had enough, caught her coming from another table and asked her to cancel the order, we paid for our beverages and left. This service was bordering on rude. We know other servers at this location and will be asking for them in the future. I'm not going to change the star rating, but I believe this was a specific server.

Initial Review: First Watch for breakfast is awesome! Plenty of parking that is free. The service is awesome and food quality is really great. They have a special right now with shrimp and grits. That was amazing. It almost tasted like I was back in New Orleans. Service was great atmosphere is great overall a great place to stop and eat.

3 stars this time.. I usually give this place infinite stars because I leave so full and satisfied from the delicious food and drinks and the amazing service.
However, this time. The food was not so good. Not sure if just this location or the produce... I usually get the chille chorizo omelet and it's Gass. But this time it just wasn't as good and I can't explain why. Maybe not enough chorizo?
My boyfriend got the new feature Honey Chipotle chicken Hash dish. The chicken tasted fake, rubbery texture, and the seasoning did not fit with the dish. Just stick with the Bacon Hash.
Service was great though!
Honestly can't go wrong with service on a Wednesday morning, but cudos to our server, she was on top of it! Whish I remembered her name. Won't forget her eyes though. 👀
