5Guys is expensive for a lunch out ... but the guys behind the counter here are incredible. Recently fractured my foot ... on crutches ... they reached out to help right away ... super friendly.

note: no handicapped entrance door (there's gotta be something wrong about that)
Wheelchair accessibility: the staff are helpful ... no accessible door ... a number of tables easily allow chairs and crutches

The gentleman at the counter named Dominick was attentive right away as a customer letting me know he acknowledged me, assured he would be with me and could right away his customer skills of he addressed his customers coming in. This kind of warm feeling g assures me to want to comeback due to great customer service!

Horrible experience, waited almost an hour for my food and i even ordered before hand. Asks for my name and just waited until we had to ask again and then they let us know it was going to be another 30 minutes. They could have at least asked again but its so unfair when its already been paid and had no necessity being that long.
