Incredible, unbeatable burgers. Melt in your mouth delicious, and the fries are thick and greasy - perfect American style. While the price is higher than other burger joints, it is absolutely made up for in quality!

Wife and I went here because she wanted burgers, but I didn’t want to make them at home. She went in and ordered for us and when we got home she found she had ketchup on her burger and luckily she looked first because she had a tomato allergy. I went back and let the workers know about the mix up. I wasn’t mad because mistakes can happen. The guy apologized and remade my wife’s order. I can back home and not only did she say that the burger was really good, but we also were given more fries which I didn’t know about until I got home. Thank you for remaking my wife’s order.

Delicious burgers and French fries. Five Guys is very accommodating to our special dietary needs, such as gluten-free burgers in a lettuce wrap instead of a wheat bun.

Lil cheeseburger all the way can't be beat, hot with fresh ingredients and so were the fries. Friendly though slow service. Typical setting. Clean.

Was the first time I went here and it was amazing. I got the veggie burger and my friend got the cheeseburger. We both enjoyed them very much and would go again. We just got a regular size fries to share because the worker said you get a lot of fries -and he was right! We couldn’t even finish them between us. The fries were so cheap. I think they were only $1.50 and they were freshly cut and made -I love that. I thought it was cute that they even had where the potatoes came from that day on the wall.

It's good, but for my $20 burger and fries, why do I have to squeeze ketchup out of a packet?

Your food is too expensive to repeatedly undercook it. This makes the 2nd time in a row that fries still needed another couple minutes to fully cook. I’m not dining in so don’t have the opportunity to have it corrected. Waste of money!
