Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I’ve given this Freddy’s multiple chances, and unfortunately it has been consistently terrible. The food quality is bad, but what really sets this location apart—in the worst way—is the staff.

Employees will flat-out ignore you while you’re standing at the counter, including the person who appeared to be the manager. No acknowledgment, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. This isn’t a one-off bad day either; it’s a repeated issue every time I’ve been here.

The final straw happened while I was eating. I watched an employee drop the ladle used for the chili onto the floor, look around, and then put it right back into the chili. At that point I stopped eating immediately, threw my food away, and walked out.

Between the awful service, lack of basic professionalism, and completely unacceptable food safety practices, I won’t be returning. This location seriously needs oversight and accountability.

First time at Freddy's. Plenty of parking. The employees greeted us as we walked in. No line. Very clean store. I ordered Freddy's cheese burger fries and drink. The burger was fantastic. The meat patty was very juice and delicious. We laughed at the french fries because they were cute skinny fries. But don't let the size fool you because they were very good fries. I highly recommend Freddy's.

I went to Freddy’s after leaving another restaurant nearby. I walked in and went straight to the counter. One employee was visible in the back working on the fryer. He looked directly at me, then continued what he was doing.
There was no acknowledgment. No greeting. No “I’ll be right with you.” No attempt to call for someone else to assist. After waiting and realizing I was being ignored, I left.
Acknowledging a customer standing at the counter is basic service. That didn’t happen here, so I won’t be returning.

No one was behind the register. Patiently waited for help. Ordered two large unsalted fries to go. Fries were stale, had some salt on them. Very disappointed.

Really love their cheese curds here and they don't charge extra for marinara sauce like dairy Queen does.

Ok, here's what happened: I came here for my lunch break. I was pressed for time so I had to be in and out. I ordered two things that came out to about $22. That's expensive, but I was willing to pay for what I ordered. I didn't bother checking what was in the bag because I was in a rush. When I got back to work to eat at my desk, the order was 100% wrong..nothing I ordered was in the bag. I was so hungry, I ate the burger anyway, but I saved my receipt and the other item. I went back there after work. I walked in with the bag, and the manager immediately asked what was wrong with the order. I did politely explain to her what happened and she turned it around immediately! Samantha was extremely kind and professional. She remade my order and it was delicious!! Thank you for taking care of me guys! I'd give you 10 stars if I could!

Ordered a burger with no cheese when they gave me my order it had cheese on it. Fries were cold and chewy 🤮 absolutely gross!!
