I drive by here all the time and finally decided to stop in and try something and I’m glad i did! They have such a variety that we will have to come again and try a few things but we got the Oreo Monster and it was sooo good 😊 . The staff is also super friendly and helpful when figuring out what to get since I’m indecisive 😅☺️

Ordered the Dubai chocolate and it was the worst thing I tasted! It was $18 for chocolate and strawberries and the only reason they are charging that much is because it is popular. They would not give me a refund when I wasn’t able to eat it because it was so bad.

After seeing the fabulous ads on Instagram, I took my 2 girls to the Chandler location. Unfortunately it was quite disappointing. This location was very clean I will say that. But what I noticed immediately was that the online menu prices did not match what we were actually charged. It was more. My daughter had an oreo shake which she liked but the $12 price was ridiculous for the size. My other daughter got a strawberry cheesecake drink. It came with a scoop of ice cream that was very good. However the rest of the drink fell short. The shaved ice ended up being a large block of ice with a few drips of strawberry flavor. We couldn't put the straw in the ice because it was just a rock. So basically we paid $12 for a small scoop of strawberry cheesecake ice cream with a side of a block of ice. Very disappointing.

Service was 10/10! The place was very clean and appealing. We ordered the strawberry Dubai it was $16.99 and no worth it… It should have more knafeh throughout the cup, not just topped off on the top.
