We had the pleasure of dining at George & Gather, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end.
The ambiance is warm and inviting—modern yet cozy, with a thoughtful design that makes it perfect for everything from casual lunches to special dinners. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu without being overbearing.
The handcrafted drinks were just that, very crafty names as well...all named after famous Georges. We had the Carlin (unique take on a whiskey sour) & a glass of Rose. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed the Pan Seared Salmon with Roasted Beets and the Short Rib with Brussels and Carrots. We would highly recommend both. Each dish was crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and all from scratch. For the appetizer, we tried the Chicken Wings, very crispy texture & seasoned well, with the sauces on the side. For dessert, we had the most unbelievably moist carrot cake. Every bite was flavorful and beautifully presented. The menu offers a great balance of comforting classics and inventive new dishes, with options for a variety of dietary preferences.
We also appreciated the attention to detail, from the plating to the perfectly balanced flavors. You can tell the team at George & Gather cares about both the food and the guest experience. We will be returning soon and want to try their handcrafted pizzas next.
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a standout dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

They have a few options available for gluten free food, not all is celiac safe so just go through the menu with the waiter. Shout out to Dylan who really knows his stuff and made me feel really comfortable! The crepes are GF on their own griddle and the garlic parmesan fries are in a dedicated fryer and delicious!! They weren't 100% sure if their cocktails on the menu were GF but the manager Jeff came over and talked to me about what I like, and he and the bartender made me a drink that was GF. They were so attentive and awesome and I did not get sick! I'll definitely be back! My only feedback would be to add more celiac safe options!

My only critique would be to add more dairy free options for dinner entrees and maybe start serving a steak of some sort - NY Strip or Ribeye??
What a great addition to DT Chandler! Went for the grand opening and was blown away! We tried four different cocktails and two different pizzas, with each one being unique and delicious. Also, I accidentally lost my ring at the table and didn’t realize until after I left. I called the restaurant, they took down my information, and called me the next morning to let me know they found it and would keep it safe until I picked it up. Amazing customer service! I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10

i was so stoked when i found out this place was opening from social media so i had to be there on the grand opening day! the atmosphere is awesome, the market is amazing and i love the things they have stocked (like raw milk and seed oil free chips), and the staff is so friendly and helpful and kind! they went above and beyond to keep refilling our waters and making sure we were taken care of!
