Wife and I went here today to celebrate Valentine's Day and had a great experience. My wife loves to have "high tea" and this place fit the bill. We had our choice from several different teas, and if we wanted, to add milk and even real sugar cubes. While I realize this is probably typically of a "tea room", you don't really see sugar cubes any more. Also had several finger foods and small sandwiches, and a few small sweets to top it all off. Overall the experience was great. Very classy and service was perfect, never left us unattended but never in the way or annoying - perfect really. We also bought a few items from the store when we left. Very nice and classy spot. Wether you're looking to sit down and enjoy tea / food or just needing some tea related items for you kitchen, the is a cute little place with everything you need. Wife enjoyed this as well. We will definitely be back! Cheers!

Beautiful venue for a bridal shower! My sister was getting married and wanted to have a tea party. After doing a lot of research, I found Global Tea Market. I stopped in first to ask a couple questions where I met the owner, Diane, who showed me the tea room and was very accommodating to my requests. We booked the room a couple months in advance and paid for each guest about a week before the shower. Diane and her team made the process very easy! She made sure everything was set up and all the tea and food was ready for when the guests arrived. I brought some props and games for the shower and she allowed me to move the tables around to fit everything. She also set up a kid's table for the little girls who were attending. The tea was fresh and the cakes were absolutely delicious! They paired up with the bakery close by and we were served warm quiche! We spent around 3 hours there and they even helped with clean up! Diane was amazing and I could not recommend this place more! They are friendly, accommodating, and very professional! It's definitely worth the price for all the extra help they provide!

Not really a place for tea parties as it's not very kid friendly . For the price - I feel it wasn't just. The appetizers are from Costco and the tea was just mediocre.

Very cute store! Lots of great tea pots and related accessories. Also has an amazing selection of teas. Make sure to check out the different areas they serve traditional tea service in! So fancy, but yet very warm and inviting! Worth checking out!!

The service was so personalized, and the quiche, and sandwiches were delicious. The selection of six tea that we could choose from were served by the cup so we could taste all of them. The price was reasonable for what was involved and the little shop had sooooo many teas to choose from! Dianne and her staff were lovely. I'll be back.

My husband and I made our first visit to Global Tea Mart this week and really liked the shop. It is nicely decorated and has a great variety of teas and accessories. Quality of the teas we have tried so far is excellent, as was the friendly and helpful service provided by Kim. Prices are reasonable given the expensive real estate of the location, though we are a bit spoiled by our local tea store in suburban Chicagoland that also has wonderful teas with slightly lower prices and a 10% off sale each month on a rotating category of tea (green tea one month, black tea another month, etc). We feel lucky to have the Global Tea Mart in the Chandler area, however, and we highly recommend it to others!
