this is one of the best ice cream places in the mall, and to the people saying it's over priced, it's not if you broke just say so. and also the service was very good the girl who was there was fine ass hell too highly reccomend going there on sundays

I had a great experience at Häagen-Dazs in Chandler Fashion Center mall, the staff is very friendly specially Lysa and Tom! The place is clean, the service is perfect! They propose me to try different flavors so I could make the right choice! It was a bit late when I arrived but they were very patients! I recommend this place 100% Thank you guys!!!!

So it's the mall in chandler, it's 8:49pm, they are about to close. So I hustle to the kiosk, 2 young girls working behind the counter. Friday night, I get it, they wanna get outta there. This is a learning moment, because you never wanna be rude to a customer, no matter WHAT time it is. I have a simple request, a shake, easy right? No..she says"we are only selling scoops". Pretty sure shakes are like $10 bucks or so. So, I go to walk away. My wife asks me, "where's your shake"? I said the girl won't make me one, then my wife asks for a manager. The 2nd girl chimes in with "he's not here, he's working another one of his stores". So my wife asks for his name. To which she says "WHY?"---cause my husband asked for a shake, and you told him you aren't serving them. She says "let me just make the shake for you, for free," Really!?She asks for the managers name and number again, this time the girl says "he'll believe his employees over a customer." Then repeats her previous statement again, "let me just make you the shake" I'm not sure who hired these 2 girls, but the way they treat customers is unbelievable and most definitely unacceptable.

Over priced! Horrible service! I ordered a single kids scoop with a coffee drink. The coffee drink was plain, tasteless, no ice cream in it, and I was charged 16.00. After tasting how plain it was I asked for Caramel to be added, the tenant argued with me instead of trying to make it better. That didn't help one bit, because the whole issue is that she didn't put any ice cream in it. Overall, she should have remade it with ice cream. After all it was so expensive.

WAY WAY WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for two scoops of ice cream on a standard ice cream cone. Broke to easy dripping everywhere for almost 10 bucks! Would not recommend wasting money here the customer service was great though but not worth the money! Just go somewhere as good and cheaper Dairy Queen, McDonald's, Baskin-Robbins etc

Was greeted and asked if we wanted a sample of ice cream. The woman was very helpful and even explained that their ice cream is made with honey. Her knowledge of the product was informative and helpful. Ordered a Wildberry smoothie it came with real fruit not processed. She also explained that while they have already made recipes, if the customer so chooses to make their own custom shakes, smoothies or dazzlers, it is up to the customer what ingredients are used and if any additional charges that may occur such as using more then 2 flavors or additional scoops of ice cream can results in an upcharge to include toppings. The dipping cabinets were nice and clean. There is seating available at this location.

Older lady with glasses who seemed to be the manager was quite rude to us and gave us attitude when we were very polite and just trying to order a smoothie. A very unpleasant experience and your company seems to advertise it as a friendly environment with friendly staff but I was very disappointed to find out otherwise. Will never come back ever again, unless something changes.
Everything is super yummy of course, a little pricey but I'm a member of the rewards so it helps a bit. And I'm addicted to the Irish cream brownie shake. This location always has excellent customer service, I definitely suggest getting ice cream here

Rude sales: told as that we need to wear masks, and added it’s worth it to wear it at their store (let me tell you, with rude customer service like this, no store is worth waiting my money on them), however his mask was half way down. On top of all, he told that my 2 and a half year old granddaughter has to wear mask, I guess because she was the only black person in our group, I guess if she is black - it doesn’t matter that she is not 6 years old, yet.

Small kiosk inside the chandler mall, if you enter through forever 21 it's right outside to the right, next to Victoria secrets. Gets busy but still had some great service and my daughters favorite ice cream!! Sometimes there's a long line and it's always worth the wait.
