They need to update their hours if they're going to consistently close early. Arrived at 8:45. They were completely cleaned up and lights off. Ridiculous for people who drive all the way there expecting them to honor their hours.

This place is absolutely charming! Known for a variety of tea drinks and Boba, the charm is really in how they welcome every single customer with a smile and friendly service. Its no wonder I love to keep coming back, so many smiles and laughs even the folks sitting next to you feel like family! This place is absolutely awful. It's unbelievable they tried to get people to give their store 5 star reviews in exchange for a cup they had excess of. The customer service is extremely rude. Most noticeably, the manager Michael. He acted as if taking my order was the most difficult task, was dismissive and looked like he wanted to be anywhere but at work. This place has gone downhill and it's a shame as it you used to be so busy and the quality and service was excellent.

Horrible customer service by 2 girls. This place closes at 9pm and we came at @8:30 and ordered 2 drinks. Not welcoming when you come in nor when you order. You ask them a question and they’re passive aggressive with the response and look at you like you’re dumb. I’d get it if we came in 10 minutes before closing but this wasn’t the case. Rude demeanor and unwelcome customer service. I would also give our drinks a 6/10.

My favorite place for tea is always a treat. The cheese tea is my top pick, but I’ve tried several of their other drinks as well. Their menu has such a large selection that there’s always something new to try.
