One of the staffs is rude when taking order. On November 3rd, 2024 at 14:09 MST (Chandler, AZ), i went in to order a few Freshly Squeezed Lemon Jasmine Green Tea and want them at a different sugar level. The person who was taking my order, a glasses wearing young girl in black tshirt said, "how bout we make them all the same? It'd be easier for us." I froze on the spot for like 2 seconds. Unable to believe what I just heard, do I spend money now to make their job easier and not enjoy the drinks the way I like now?

Not once but three times I saw the employee put her face in the blender to smell the product. Then she put her face in the cup before sealing it to smell it. Then the drink was totally made wrong. It was at 530pm on September 30

This place is amazing and the waffles are the best. I lived in Hong Kong and this is close as it gets to being authentic. The owner Dion is very kind and will sit and talk with her customers in which that’s a rare occurrence in general. Thanks guys for the great boba and waffles

So far my family and I have been here 20+ times and they are on point EVERY single time. Their food, service and drinks are always made to perfection!
My only gripe is how incredibly crowded it can get during the weekends. I’m absolutely happy for this store, it’s thriving with customers but man does it get uncomfortable in that small space. Also parking is a bit iffy if you’re here on the weekends.
Still, 5 star for their amazing service, every time ??
