Ken is an excellent sushi chef. He was very friendly and made us feel extremely special. AYCE sushi is only at the sushi bar.

A-a-ron is the best chef you could ever get for a Hibachi meal. Steak, chicken, shrimp and scallops all 10/10. Will definitely be back!

My first time doing teppanyaki and our guy was incredible! I didn't realize that they would be messing with you and kind of joking with you and then pouring liquor into your mouth! It was such a fun experience and the way that he cooked my scallops were absolutely perfect. 10 out of 10 stars I absolutely am coming back here again.
My waitress, on the other hand, was awful, she seemed new so I gave her a little bit of slack on that.. But she did argue with me when I told her that I ordered salmon roe and not a salmon roll. Also, She never once came back to ask about refills or how we were doing, not once. We saw her when we got there and ordered our drinks and then she came back to take the money expecting to get a big tip. If I do come back I will definitely ask to not be at her table

HonMachi is hands-down my favorite teppanyaki spot in the area. I actually prefer it over the other tables nearby—the pricing feels fair, the portions are generous, and I love that they let you share without making it awkward. The service has always been amazing, every single time we’ve visited.
If I had one small gripe, it’s that I wish they’d turn the AC up—it tends to get a little warm inside. But honestly, the food is so good it’s worth powering through. It’s become our go-to spot for a reason!

My favorite place for tepan yaki. They have the best food and fried rice. A bit expensive but worth it for celebrations.

Fun spot for Teppanyaki
Coming from San Diego to the desert is been hard finding good Sushi. So far this little local restaurant has the best I have found and it's pretty good by San Diego standards too! Not to mention a friendly staff and the cozy local feel. Yes, I'll be back often and have been. Adding on here that they have a great lunch special with two rolls and a miso soup for $10!
Great experience. Amazing customer service. Food soooo good. We came back after 2 wks. Toni and Seth are the best. Highly recommended. We will come back again soon. Thank you.
