Not only was the food absolutely delicious. The Customer service was impeccable. The atmosphere and vibe was on point I will definitely be back. My oxtail Dinner was heavenly. I highly recommend Hot pocket Caribbean for sure.. They make you feel like you're part of the family welcoming. I definitely guarantee when you try it you will go back for more.

I have eaten Jamaican food for many years and I always try out the local flavors when I travel. This spot was not a good selection for me. The Oxtails was tough, the rice n peas were overcooked, and I never tasted cabbage/mixed vegetables so unseasoned in my life. Beef pattie( it was the last one I should have taken that as a sign) and the coco bread that wasn't even warm for me was a horrible combo.So I should've stopped there, but no I also purchased 2 DG' cream soda for $5.00 each, over-priced. The quality of the food was not worth the $49 ish I spent..????♂️??♂️

I’ve visited about 5 times.Today we ordered mango jerk chicken, curry chicken and the oxtail stew which were all excellent. Edit: I’ve had their beef patti so many times and it’s delicious too.Parking: The lot usually doesn’t get more than half full

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Ordered on Saturday afternoon through Door Dash. Food was fresh, hot and delicious! Chicken had the perfect grilled taste, cabbage was perfect! Run carrot cake was AMAZING. THANK YOU!!

Took over an hour to get my order and I observed others waiting for 30 mins plus to get their orders. Great food but need to be better prepared especially on a Friday evening which is busy to serve customers in a timely manner.
Absolutely delicious!! I got the Ox Tail plate with rice and beans and plantains, the plate was HUGE! The woman at the counter was really nice, laughing and talking with customers and the service was quick. The price was a little high but I definitely agree that Ox Tail is pricier no matter where you get it and honestly, this place did it right I'll be back for sure!

Yesterday, I planned to have some Caribbean food but it was raining all day. It's too complicated for me to walk with foot surgery. So..we changed to Italian instead. But my mind still thinks about Caribbean foods. So.. I dragged my hubby to Hot Pot today. We ordered Curry Shrimp, Curry Chicken & Jerk Chicken to go. Oh my!!! The food is so yummy in my tummy They gave very nice portions!! The workers were very nice. I really recommend them. It's a comfort food. When you have the 1st bite and next thing you know where the hell of my food!! Oops.. I ate them all!! Let's support delicious local foods.

Excellent all around. I've been craving Caribbean food since we went to Jamaica a few years ago. I've never been able to find a comparable jerk chicken or Patty. The chicken is better than I remembered. It's like a Jamaican spicy barbecue sauce that's addictive. The chicken was tender and very well cooked, spicier than my kids would eat but I loved it. Goat curry was perfect, it was tender and well seasoned. Kids loved the patties. They said the meat was a little finer in texture and it had beans instead of cheese but they really enjoyed it. Portion sizes are large. Each entree could easily be shared in my household (2-3 pple). I don't usually like rice and peas but I ate a good bit of it and was pretty happy about it. 10 per person as if you're sharing. If you're not sharing, it's about 20 unless you're getting patties.

My family and I came to eat and was not impressed at all. The reviews made this place seem like they served authentic jamaican food. It was my birthday, and I was craving a beef patty, some curry goat and cabbage. Cabbage was plain, and adding salt did not help. The curry goat tasted like the seasoning was added after cooking the meat. It was a Saturday at 530p, and they told me I should have come before 3 p.m. for a beef patty. They didn't have coco bread. There is no pricing listed anywhere, so expect to spend $18.99 for a meal and $5 for a glass soda. Fried chicken and white rice were covered in a sweet n sour duck sauce (not what I was expecting). The jerk pasta had more spice than the jerk chicken. The plantains were not ripe when they fried them and were yellow and hard. No one in my group was happy, and I was embarrassed to have even picked the spot. There are no intentions to return. I am not one to ask for a manager because it would not have changed the flavor. We didn't even ask for boxes to go. This is not a sit-down dining place, but that doesn't excuse the food. Music was the best thing there.
