If I could give this store a 10+ I would! This was my first time at this location because I usually go to the Tempe one. I just want to really write this review to let the manager know that I received the BEST, OVER THE TOP, Excellent Customer Service last nite 10/13 approx 6:30-7pm from an employee at this store!! I think her name was Joy, but I can't remember. She was a short young lady prob around 19 - 22yr old. So please commend her for this info. I stopped in to order pizzas for myself, dtr and grandkids. The card I was using had a slightly damaged magnetic strip so it wasn't able to slide in the pay terminal. I really wanted to treat my family so I asked if other ways to use the pay terminal. Joy was so patient, understanding and took the time to assist me with other ways, ie input card number manually, add to wallet etc. Unfortunately, these methods wouldn't didn't work either. I have worked in the Customer service field for over 30 years and it saddens me to see the drastic decline of quality customer focused service that not just entry level, younger generation employees lack, but even within corporate world. Joy greeted me as soon as I walked in, even while being in the back. Other places won't even acknowledge a customer even while right in view. Your employee exemplified such patience with me, went above and beyond with respect to me to ask if able to assist other folks that came in to the store. She let me determine if I still wanted to proceed with the order and didn't show any frustration with this attempt to get my card to work. I stepped out to see what my dtr wanted to do and told Joy I would come back in and let her know to cancel or not. This is where I give this employee Joy the biggest commendment: She actually went above and beyond to take time to contact/call her manager while I stepped out to ask if any alternative to get my card to run on the pay terminal!!! I was in disbelief! She took the time to continue to help me get this order. I was shocked! Happy shocked, that is. Lol I hope I got her name correct, because i just wanted to say Thank you to her and to also let the manager know this employee really made me feel appreciated and that good customer service is still able to be accomplished. She deserves a raise. Lol. Please acknowledge this and once I do order a new card I will be back to get my pizza at your location :) Hopefully she will be working there still!

I love this location. I moved and now it's my go-to Hungry Howie's. The pizza is always fresh and the service is exceptional. The windows are very clean and the restaurant is always tidy looking

been a customer at this specific location for over a decade and quality has taken a serious dip
the last 5 times I've ordered, the cajun bread has been uncooked with raw dough in the center 3 times, and one other time it was sweet instead of cajun bread.
basically i didn't get half of what i paid for in 4 of my last 5 orders
can't entirely blame the workers given they've cut staff from 4+ people in the store at once to just 2
that said, it's disappointing that i can't trust this location anymore after over 15 years of eating here.
The food was fine but I ordered a sandwich thing, and she just made me a bowl. Who even ordered a steam and cheese bowl?

don’t give money to this place. the manager treats his employees like slaves. there’s mold growing in their bathroom, the manager sits and does nothing while making employees do all the work, they baby louie (an employee) and let him do whatever he wants and yell at whoever he wants, if you try to stand up for yourself you get yelled at because tyler is the boss and whatever he says goes, when it gets busy the manager actually helps but gets stressed out and starts being very mean to everyone, the employees are now no longer able to sit when it’s not busy, they barely train you and then leave you to close by yourself just to send you a list of things you messed up on (things we were never told about before), never work here! don’t give your money to them, employees shouldn’t have to stand this type of treatment anymore.
