Malo was very unprofessional he ate in front of customers. Looked like he ate out of my food as well. I’m very disappointed. I asked for his name and he confronted me about it across the mall. He mentioned it was just a fast food place and that he didn’t care. I said he has to have more respect and be more mindful around his surroundings.

I was excited to see a Mac and cheese/grilled cheese place but the Mac and cheese was so bland. The pasta was unsalted, the watered down cheese sauce basically evaporated in the heating process, and it ended up being noodles with 2 slices of cheese melted in the center of the dish. No flavor at all. Not worth the $10. Even the weird taste generic microwave Mac and cheese is better then absolutely no flavor

Tried the lobster Mac. Little pricey but good mac and cheese. Everything seemed fresh and was prepped well. Definently a creamy mac not a dry mac. Way better than a noodles and Co. Was very surprised. The only thing they could improve on is customer service. They were too quiet.

What a discovery!!! I was checking out the scheels nearby, got hungry so I just went to the food court to see what bag-nasty I could find… then I see a new thing and the pictures they had advertising on the wall…. The wonderful worker told me what it was so I ordered the “best of two worlds” and it was amazing.
My complaint is specifically about the workers. When they started my bowl they did not change gloves from handling meat for the customer before me, I wanted no meat in my meal. I had to ask the worker to change gloves and my meal was not cooked. I asked for a Mac and cheese bowl and none of the cheese i had on it was actually melted. I am livid, never going back.
