Absolutely terrible experience at the Chandler, AZ location. This was the first time we’ve been to icicles and the employees were extremely rude. They were not masked while making the orders and one of our cups fell in the trash and they just picked it up out of the trash to use it. We then asked for a refund before they started making our order. They then said they don’t know how to do refunds because the manager wasn’t there. Then the employees cursed us out asking what’s our “god da@!” phone number and to get the f@$! out. DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely ridiculous. 0 stars.In response to owner, I assure you we did not and would never use the f slur toward anyone. The employee’s friends who wanted to insert themselves and make matters worse, put false words in our mouths. I’d recommend more training and communication before making assumptions. If you truly watched the video and heard the audio you would know this. My mother left a review. We do not know who Imani Lee is since you assumed that person was my mother and tagged them in all of your responses. Very unprofessional for you to bully someone who wasn’t involved in our disagreement.

Not sure what was happening tonight but we saw patrons being treated unfairly and cursed out and it almost ended up bad. Ruined our experience as it was our first time visiting during vacation. The employees need to do better.Updated in response to owner. I was there, when it happened. I’ve read the reviews down and it seems as though this is a theme with some of your employees as far as profanity and such. By the way, the “F-ing” is not a slur. My review still stands and you can do as you wish with this information as I will with your response as you take zero accountability in your establishment and the actions of your team.

Never in my wildest dreams have I experienced such horrible service. We went to the counter and let the gentleman know this was our first visit and asked how it worked. He didn’t respond. The worker next to him said “Wait a minute, the girl working the register will help you.” We wait 4 minutes and proceeded to look at the menu. We ordered 2 ice creams and 2 boba drinks. Immediately after paying the cashier advised they were out of honey boba. We agreed to a substitute. She began writing the order on the cups. She dropped a cup in the trash that’s next to the register and took it out the trash and continued to write on the cup. We requested a new cup. Then 2 workers came from the back unmasked. My other daughter who is pregnant called from the car to say she didn’t want the ice cream because the workers were not wearing masks. We requested to cancel the order. They advised they did not know how to do a refund. We requested the manager. They said the manager was not there and they could take my phone number and have him call me tomorrow. I shared that was not acceptable. They called the owner who said he would take care of it the next day and text me. I told him that was not acceptable and offered to show them how to process a square refund. The worker who was on the phone with the owner yelled “GIVE ME YOUR GOT DAMN NUMBER AND GET THE F&@$ OUT! I was in complete disbelief and told her to call the owner back. He never apologized, but assured me he would process the refund and send a text. He sent the text and I shared the comments the employee made in the ice cream shop filled with customers and he never even responded.See below!

The service here was amazing and the icecream was some of the best I’ve had before!! Our orders came out really fast and they even gave us souvenirs with the icecream! I highly recommend?

Very happy with this place, found it today and I would come back. The ice cream is great. Watching them mix it together and making the rolls was amazing. The staff was very pleasant and nice. I would encourage anyone who is in the mood for ice cream and wants something a little different than the normal places to come and check this place out.

The most delicious ice cream I’ve ever had. Great service and the staff are so polite. You will not be disappointed.

This place is new and they opened up in walking distance from my home. I brought my little sister so we should try a couple different flavors. I ordered the strawberry fantasy which is strawberries, Graham crackers, and condensed milk. It was absolutely delicious, gave me mild strawberry cheesecake vibes. My sister ordered the Oreo blast and we both loved that one as well. The rolled ice cream was a little pricey but worth it. It's also really fun to watch them make the ice cream fresh.

This tasted terrible! I ordered a peach jasmine tea 100% sweetness with honey Boba and it tasted like absolutely nothing. There was no sweetness and it just tasted like I was drinking water, and even the honey Boba had no flavor at all. I was extremely disappointing especially considering it’s six dollars a cup. Won’t be coming back.

So fun! The staff is great. They get pretty busy but they worked quickly anyway. Everything we tried was great. I'm happy they have non-dairy options. We got help on recommendations and toppings.

I found this amazing place in Chandler, and I decided to try it out with my friends!! The employees there are super sweet, and their rolled ice cream tastes so good. It's really fun to watch them make it too! You should definitely come check it out, it was so worth it.
