3rd time coming to this place and absolutely the worst service all 3 times I've ever had,, If you want to be totally ignored until you have to ask out to whoever might walk within 20 ft of you , never ask for refills, food overcooked then come on down this place is for you.. Never again, I'll go to Circle k and eat a hot dog.

It was not busy, yet the staff walked past us a couple of times before checking if anyone had helped us. We get seated. The young waitress walks up and doesn't introduce herself. We ordered a medium-rare steak and when it came out it was so tough it was inedible. The mood was lax in the dinner yet the attitude of the staff was unpleasant. When it came to paying that's when we got a glimpse of a more palatable demeanor. Overall, not a very good experience. They did redo the steak meal. We appreciated that. Not sure if it was an off day but we won't go back anytime soon. I also got someone's order of hashbrowns and they were cold.

Only complaint that I have is that the Quesadilla chicken had very little chicken But the server, Xavior was totally Awsome . Because of his serve, we will come back
Parking: The location is in a spot where there’s plenty of parking even if it’s not up close to where the park is fine

Worst server literally asked for butter three times in a span of an HOUR never gave it us but the lady infront of us asked for syrup and got it in 30 seconds crazy work server Britney i tipped you 29 cents hope u enjoy!!!!! get a better attitude pls.

My family went to the location on Elliot in Chandler on Jan 29, 2025. We walked in and no one was at the front to seat us. We saw a lady who worked there sitting at a table chatting with what i assume were friends of hers. She glanced at us and kept chatting. When she had finished her conversation a few minutes later she seated us. We sat at our table and after about 10 minutes she came back to our table and asked what we wanted to drink. She also informed us that our waiter would be with us shortly. We waited, ready to order while our waiter cleaned the table behind us. We waited while the lady who seated us was back at the table of people sitting and chatting. We waited while our waiter went to that same table and started chatting as well. After 10 minutes of waiting to have our order taken, we left. The restaurant was not busy, the staff apparently thought their friends were more important than the customers. Very disappointed.

One year ago I called in my order. They kept telling me it was almost ready. After 25 minutes they finally brought out my cold breakfast After 1 year got the same results today. Will not be going back anytime soon

Placed a Togo order. Was very dry and flavorless. Looks like 2 or 3 drops of bbq on the burger and nothing else. Onion rings were nice and crispy though
