IHOP is way better than Denny's. Server took 10 of us at 12am and was really nice.

I wish I could give a zero star ⭐️ I ordered my food for curbside pickup to be picked up at 10:54 I’m writing this review at 11:54 and inside of the restaurant no curbside& I had to call otherwise i would have never gotten my food spoke with Manager Dylan who did not apologize or offer any type of compensation other than we’ll get that out in a timely manner… are you kidding me timely after waiting over an hour inside of the restaurant for a curbside pickup… Absolutely unacceptable, poor customer service… count your days IHOP I will be making a complaint to corporate do not order from here you will most definitely be disappointed ☹️

"During my recent visit to IHOP, I received friendly service, but unfortunately, nothing about the traditional eggs Benedict I ordered stood out to make me want to return. While the restaurant appeared clean overall, the presence of a large roach was alarming and raised concerns about the establishment's hygiene standards. This experience leaves me questioning the reasons behind such an issue and may deter future visits."

I've been here 2x and not only is it slow, but our orders were missing food or prepared incorrectly. Each visit had less than 5 or less parties there including us.

I went to have breakfast here for Easter. IHOP is usually a good place to eat so I thought it would be a nice treat for breakfast. To start I went to be seated with my family and the table was dirty when I went to sit down, remaining food from the last customer is my guess. Then we order our drinks and when the waitress brought the drink she forgot one of my kids hot chocolate, so I had to remind her of that. On top of that the hot chocolate was so hot my younger son who is 9 went to take a drink after a little bit of waiting and he burned his tongue so bad it hurt him through the whole meal. We then order our food and it took pretty long to get the food considering the restaurant was pretty empty at this time. When the food came it was already pretty cold and she then again forgot part of our order, I politely reminded her and she brought it over. My son’s whipped cream on his waffle wasn’t mixed correctly and it had a weird cream looking part that tasted weird. The omelets were soggy and weird tasting also. The biscuits and gravy were bland and didn’t even have sausage in the gravy it looks like a powder mix from a box. They don’t give you barely any napkins considering I have two younger kids, and one of my younger sons spoons looked dirty still. Overall it was a waste of spending 80 dollars on a meal and then the waitress clicked the 22% gratuity box when it came to paying the bill, which is irritating in itself since we usually do tip well when it’s deserved. I won’t be returning to this ihop and I would suggest (unless you enjoy throwing money away) you shouldn’t either.

I placed an order online for pick-up. When I received my food and checked it in the car, it was undercooked. The "crispy" breakfast potatoes were raw, and the sausage patties were so soggy and undercooked, they fell apart when lifted.I went back inside and the waitress was kind but said she could not refund me as I had ordered online. She said that I could request a refund online, but when I got back home and tried to find any way to do that, there was no avenue found. The best I could do was send a "contact us" request that won't be responded to for another 2 days (Edit: the automated email now says 3-5 business days). This is incredibly poor customer service on top of very poor quality food preparation.

starters, online order placed at around 7:52 am, the app said it would be ready for pick up @ 8:11 so @ 8:35 I asked for my charge card to be reversed I couldn't wait any longer. 5 more minutes goes by and out come the worst eggs benedict I have ever eaten. Hard boiled eggs on top of tough as nails ham, and burnt muffin and cold hollandaise sauce. I wish I had taken a photo to upload but it went straight to the dumpster

My review is strictly for late at night. I am sure things room another during the day, not when we got there at 10 o'clock at night, there was one girl running the entire place. This was fine when it was is and another group, but then more people showed up. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for food. But it was delicious when it came!
