Best IHOP in the East Valley. The service was absolutely wonderful and quick! Drinks were always filled and attention was given to our table. Ask for Veronica- she's absolutely amazing and attentive! Very kind too! 10/10 waitress! The food was great too. Overall, this IHOP is clean, well staffed and has great quality of food! Definitely recommend! It's worth the extra drive time in our opinion! Thank you!

Me and my children came here it wasn’t packed at all . I sent my food back because once we received it , it was cold and the waitress drops the plate in front of me then stated she will get me a fresh one but what was brought back to me was the one that I cut and hit the floor . I have tired by giving this place a second chance but please save your time and money and go else where they don’t even sit you tell you pick a seat then you have to wait for a menu this place is far from unprofessional the dishes are dirty it should honestly be shut down and have state inspect it . If I could give it no stars I would I was over charged didn’t even get my receipt when I asked for a copy

My father and I walked in and were instantly greeted by a very positive and friendly Giana who turned our frowns upside down and ended up being our server. She was personable, effective, efficient, had great communication skills and a very hospitable personality. Our food was perfect, and we never had to ask for refills or to clear anything from our table because she anticipated our needs perfectly.
