Not one to leave reviews. Pretty rare if I do. I LOVE INO, but on 2/14/25 around 6:45/7pm the fries were MAD salty! On my entire parties order. All of our fries were so salty, we had to toss them. Whoever was on fries needs to ease it on the heavy hand. If it happens again, I will stop going to this location regardless of it being the closest one.

The absolute undisputed King of Fast Food Burgers.
I moved out of range of In-N-Out ten years ago and have been deprived of this culinary delight that entire time. Today I am visiting Chandler, AZ which is high-density In-N-Out territory. I counted about 11 in the immediate area. Clearly, these burgers have gained favor in the desert since that first location off of Dysart. This location is clean and staffed by very friendly people - and the fries were perfect. In any event, not being able to partake of In-N-Out burgers for the last 10 years, I’ve had to console myself with every other type and brand. Some people think “Five Guys” is a worthy substitute. Nonsense. Although it’s probably one of the better burgers out there, it’s nowhere even close to an In-N-Out Burger and it’s at least twice the price. In-N-Out is by far the freshest, juiciest, tastiest and best-value fast food burger available to mankind - and if you disagree, you are just wrong.
Wow, this place gets crowded! The drive through was jammed, they should really take that into account when designing the restaurant, it was blocking traffic for other parts of the shopping center. The burgers were great, I'm not that big a fan of their fries, and the service was excellent considering they were so busy
We always love in and out....wish we had one in the Midwest!

What can you say? It's in and out. There's nothing better than a 3x3 animal style protein style, extra pickles filling you with the great goodness of California standard Americana. Nothing better and a pinch and I can say that with my chest
Fries get cold in 2 min. Don't get the hype. Got a double double animal style. It was good. I am assuming what i am missing is consistency with the burger. Where others don't have that. Great price, fed 4 people for 50 bucks, full meals extra animal fries and a couple shakes. I think a baconator can be better, but can be worse. I'd like a another go next time on the west coast. 3.7cause service was a 10.
Parking: The line was like an hour long for the drive thru. Faster to go in and eat! Before you get your food in a car. Lazy people...

Fast, efficient and kind for Christmas Eve. We had hoped to get a gluten free bun for my wife to ease her stomach pain. They don't have gluten free buns, but They gave us a free bun and delivered it to our table with apologies for her discomfort. Very much appreciated. This location is always outstanding.
