Went through the drive through, and forgot to mention that we did not want lettuce on our tacos. When we got to the window the staff made it a huge deal throwing a legit tantrum because we asked. We ended up cancelling the order, terrible service

I’ve been to this location at the same time the last 3 Saturdays. May 3, 10, and 17th. Same employe at the drive thru each time. Young guy, real nice and pleasant. I’ve ordered only tacos and I’ve been eating these tacos for about 35 years. If you know Jacks tacos, they can be horrible if they are old or just cooked by a lazy employee. However this Jack has the best tacos I’ve had from a JITB. I really appreciate you taking the extra seconds to actually make them presentable. Thank you. See you Saturday.

This one is the absolute best!
The service here was incredible. They made my tacos look better than the commercial lol how is that even possible.
I asked for extra lettuce and they not only added some in the taco but also gave me a small baggy with extra lettuce!
I don't even care about the food, the service with a smile was incredible!

I ordered a lemon razz drink with bursting boba, they gave me straight up iced tea that tasted like it was watered down and had no boba at the bottom i don't think I will be coming back to this jack in the box anymore
I love the great customer service, quality in there food, always fresh too my orders. I eat there almost every day and evening. Great Job

Very polite folks there! But dirty and no heating tables work. Fries sit in a dirty bin with no heat. Someone has to teach them this is how people get sick. Owner responds with a heartless sentence. Shows exactly what that company is made of, broken equipment n grime
