I get the wrong order almost every time I went in to get the scrambler breakfast sandwich and they said they stop it the day before I just seen a commercial for it today this happens all the time with specials they always stop when I come to get one jack in the box has normally good food but this one just can't get right I eat there a lot I deserve better m

Tacos either not all the way cooked or had already be out. I'm gonna guess the latter since they weren't very hot. I only stop in this Jack in the once in a blue moon. Just go to Subway and get the sub of the day man. 12 bucks and you'll walk away a lot happier.

Honestly, we ended up here because there was a Subway that had a drive through and it was taking too long. And earlier, the passenger in my car and I were reminiscing about the Jack In the Box tacos. They got the monster tacos, I ended up with a Jr. Burger and the teens ended up with burgers.

Ive visited this location twice this year and had poor customer service experiences both times. If you choose to spend your dollars on food here make sure you keep that in mind, especially if you order inside.

Food is always cold and partially uncooked the guys hat work here are not the brightest of the bunch and the doors don't open at 5 they open when ever they feel like opening I take a lunch break from work at 5 so I come to eat here on my break and I can't even do that because they don't open their doors when they say their supposed to open so now I can't eat on my lunch break because they don't wanna do their jobs
When I arrived, I wasn’t able to place my order because they were counting down the front register on the front counter. Then when I was able to place my order, and I ordered the chicken strip combo with curly fries. The self serve drink station in the dining room room is turned offl.
I was surprised when I opened up the box containing the chicken strips, that more looks like chicken nuggets or chicken pizzas. Definitely not worth $14.37 that I paid for a chicken strip combo.
The guest service employee was unable to issue me a refund because he said he didn’t know how to do it, and there was no manager on duty, but the manager left at 9 o’clock and there will not be another manager until 10 PM.
With this level of food quality and the lack of guest service, it’s no surprise that Jack-in-the-Box last month announced that they were closing 200+ restaurants.

Went through the drive through, and forgot to mention that we did not want lettuce on our tacos. When we got to the window the staff made it a huge deal throwing a legit tantrum because we asked. We ended up cancelling the order, terrible service
