They force you to wait out front when they aren’t ready to keep the time low on their drive thru. When you attempt to say no, I’ll wait, it’s as if you just stole from them. Never again.

First i order to eat in, they made it to go. Second the curly fries were over cooked. So i had them replaced. I order the Smashed Burger combo and a Jack Cheeseburger, both were disappointing in size and taste. I have not been going to fast food burger places for that reason and the cost. Saw the smashed burger on TV so i gave it a try, mistake. I will continue to fix them at home.

I went through the drive thru and tried to order the $5 deal. The lady said they discontinued it but other JIb has it ? And their commercial is still advertising it ?! Won't come back !

best late night manger - she was so sweet and kind. our order was perfect , warm and fresh.
Worst drive through experience of my life. No urgency. Terrible customer service. Very backed up and they did nothing to fix it.

The system is down only during overnight hours….? Not the first review of this happening. The parking lot is littered with Jack-in-the-Box food containers, bags and cups. The one on Ray & Rural the same line a week ago.
