Only ones there, went through the drive through and were asked to park and wait almost 10 minutes. I get that this is a tactic to improve drive times that store managers tend to encourage but if you're the only person in the drive through its not exactly appropriate.

YANET who for some odd reason WORKS THE DRIVE THRU and cannot speak English CLEARLY? She is EXTREMELY rude, interrupts customers mid sentence multiple times, whilst trying to place an order. She doesn't understand English nor is her English understandable to a BILINGUAL person who speaks Spanish fluently? Our order was incorrect and the burgers were lukewarm almost cold to the touch. Asked for mustard on both burgers, they forgot. Asked for fresh fries, got day old fries instead! JACK IN THE BOX DO YOU REALLY WONDER WHY YOUR RESTAURANT CHAIN IS FAILING MISERABLY, OR WHY YOU KEEP CLOSING LOCATIONS? People like Yanet are your reason

I order my food through Uber eats and the driver had stated the guy who was working around 10:30 stated the order was complete but half of order was missing very disappointed we trust the place we order the food. The employees should make sure that the whole order is there instead of saying it’s all there dude.

I just wanted to shout out Antonio at Jack in the Box for being such a genuinely positive and uplifting person. From the moment we pulled up, he greeted us with a warm, upbeat attitude that instantly made our day better. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of energy to their job—and it really shows.

He was super polite, got my order right, and even made a little small talk while staying professional and quick. Honestly, it turned a regular fast food stop into a really positive experience.

Big thanks to Antonio for spreading good vibes—you can tell he takes pride in his work. Jack in the Box is lucky to have him!

I don’t know what it is up with this Jack in the box but I swear they hire nothing but pathological liars. A few months ago, if I would come in during the night the ‘system would be down’ most nights so long as a certain person worked. Now the lie is that we can’t do two separate orders in the drive thru. Tell me why I was here just a few days ago and was able to do separate orders but I go in tonight and this 20 year old kid tells me they can’t do that… I’ve been coming here for YEARS with friends after work and NEVER have were not been able to do multiple orders. My friend and I went through the drive thru tonight twice and spent a good 30 minutes waiting for our food between the two orders. There was no reason for this. Just take both orders and save both of us time. Any other fast food spot and Jack in the box takes multiple orders. It’s industry standard. I’m very disappointed in this location. Use to never have issues but the crew over the last 6 months have not been it. Be better. Talk to your night crew. This is ridiculous.

Don't come here, go to a different location, constantly punching in orders wrong and normally i wouldn't care but it was my kids order that was incorrect so we wont be coming back here

This lady I don’t know her name. I did just look at The receipt and it said Rebecca, I don’t know if that was her or if it was just print it off another employee cause sometimes I know that can happen. I used to work at a fast food restaurant before anyway I pulled in today which is June 6, Around 7: so you guys can know I believe she was a manager older lady not that old but I think she might be a manager. I’m not sure anyway she was so polite. I ordered two where I ordered a 13 piece mini taco and also two regular tacos but when I got those tacos, oh my God that was like the best fresh tacos at Jack-in-the-Box that I have ever ate no lie I don’t know if it was in cause it’s the morning or what but this jack in the box fired and every time I’m in Chandler I’m coming from now on when I’m coming from work and doing whatever I’ll be there and I’m getting other food now that I was hesitant to get before Keep up the great work thank you

Can’t even ask for a plain burger, instead they’ll give you a burger with pickles, tomato’s, and cheese! How is that even possible..?
