I was very impressed with this jack in the box and there excellent customer service i came in after 10 Pm not expecting much on November 15th but the food was excellent and came out fast. They also explained that the lobby was closing early and they were apologetic about it even though that’s something that isn’t in their control. That’s going above and beyond in customer service! Thanks jack in the box!

I ordered the teriyaki bowl combo and then a side of curly fries with it. They then replaced the egg roll with the curly fries then tried to argue with me when I said I wanted the egg roll as well and charged $5 for an egg roll.

I will say I have been in the restaurant and it is as you’d expect. Empty not dirty but just jumpy very nice to to eat in. The food and service is amazing. I order on the app and my food was ready and fresh. This is not a place I expect much from but it delivers decent and fresh food and good service. Nothing wrong here and great prices and speed of service. Why is anyone bothering with McDonald’s?

Friendliest person working the drive thru window, he gave me a bigger drink than I ordered. Very kind and happy. You don’t get people very often anymore that are happy to be working on Christmas Day.
