The employee here lacked customer service and empathy. I am understaffed at work put in a mobile order and could not free up to get it when I got a rush of customers. He refused to remake my order or get a manager involved so I spent money to eat cold food that was not edible. Would he walk out on his customers to grab his lunch? Anyone with good customer service would not. Thought he would understand or at least provide empathy but when asked WHY he would not he said it’s my own fault. Thanks.

All I asked for was a egg and cheese croissant and a hash brown. I had to repeat myself multiple times and when I got my food I had to put it the sandwich together, the cheese was stuck to the paper they put it in and ny the time it was together it was cold. I was an my 6am break and will not be going back.

Customer service ...perfection. It was late evening and the gentleman at the drive-thru window was absolutely a delight. My food was fresh & my order was correct! (whichever happens anywhere anymore) they even remembered all my condiments... give this man a raise!

Went to restaurant to redeem a ultimate cheeseburger through the Jack in the Box app. I was having difficulty with ordering process, and Nicole, the Manager at this location was kind enough to help me. This is my favorite Jack in the Box. And it's near my house. The mobile ordering is outstanding. I have gotten to know the night shift staff by name and vice versa. Great deals on Mobile app, great service and hot, made to order food. It's truly a short order cook who will make you anything you can think of and I love it!Thanks to Jesus the manager, it's always good to see him.
