Ordered 3 drinks that took almost 20m to make on 5/10/25. The lady dropped the cups on the floor while I was on my phone and thought I didn't see her. Peripheral is everything. I went around the corner to see if she was using the cup that fell to make the drink. I asked for a refund. She then stated they were just about to make the drinks and I said don't worry about it. She provided a refund in cash and slammed the drawer. I noticed she gave me a taped $5 and I asked for another. She replied that they didn't have anymore so I asked for ones. She then blew her breath, opened the drawer, handed me the ones then slammed the drawer again. I won't be back again I promise you. Riggs it is. No attitude or delays there.

Says 24hr drive thru but twice I've shown up at 5am and they claim they are closed. All lights and signs on. Seems like lazy employees don't want to work
