Came with a coupon and instead of taking my order at the speaker they made me wait to get to the second window. When I got to the window they tried to just hand me someone's pick-up order then I finally was able to give my coupon for the order. Of course then I had to sit in the parking lot as they walked out...just my sodas...then I had to wait again for my food...this was literally the most inefficient way to do a drive-thru I've ever experienced.

Absolutely terrible!!! Andrew and Laura R had NO idea what they were doing. We were OVER charged, modly lettuce, order was wrong 3x! We went through the drive through, then walked in and it still wasnt correct. Im sorry but Andrew has no concept of what he is doing and needs more training....I was shorted food and the actual food given tasted old, dry and again lettuce was moldy!! Unacceptable.....I am honestly shocked that there is no pride in serving decent food.....I understand what I am buying which is convenience but ATLEAST cook the food fresh and the produce isnt disgusting. I have my receipt , took pictures and threw it away.

Ordered a burger. They gave me the wrong one. Took it back an the girl behind the counter decided to argue with me that it was right. So the manager had to come out an tell her yeah it is wrong. I guess they took it personally cause what I was given was just thrown together in a mess. I see why this place has so many bad ratings. Don't go here. I won't be again
